Mobile deposit has not worked since they changed the app over a few months ago. Just tried after the upgrade and it failed my first try but went thru the 2nd attempt. Looks to be improving
Very handy, extremely useful. I'm loving the automatic transfers, also accurate and up to date information on personal balance. So much better than my last bank with the whole, good for nothing, banking experience I got got from them. I'm just happy with my personal experience with the APP.
Bank is great, app got usability problems. They changed his the transaction screen looks and now there isn't enough contrast or clear breaks to know what you're looking at. It was nice before when it was broken up by days, transactions were clearer to see, pending want jumbled in.
I use the app frequently and it is very useful for me except the mobile deposit feature which causes a great deal of frustration. I have to drive out of town for it to work. All the other features work at my home.
Every since the update the app doesn't work it won't even open. On my phone anymore. I use my account for alot and depend on this app. Not sure ims keep my money in this bank if this issue isn't resolved pronto
Very easy to use. Used is for the first time today. I didn't get the receipt message on my first deposit today, I did 2 deposits. My internet went out one time tho.
The app does allow this but sometimes you may have to try multiple times to get one check deposited. As an example today I treid to deposit this check 4-5 times and the system kept telling me I had to endure said check, which was already endorsed.
Keeps kicking me out when trying to deposit check, doesn't work on some of our devices. Not sure what you guys changed, but the old version was way better
Photo processing on the check cashing app is a little rough. Be ready to mess with lighting and retake photos but it does work.
Really? I have my paycheck for a week and can't get it to mobile deposit.. called bank and was told to Uninstall and reinstall the app. Still won't work.. here I go to drive 20 miles to do something that should take 3 min. And no gas. Yay! NOT!! GET IT TOGETHER FOLKS!
I love how easy it is to transfer funds and it keeps me informed of my balance. But since the new Update it runs slower when trying to log in.
Recently added a confirmation step when you log in. They text you a number you have to include in your reply...on the phone you mostly have the MOBILE app. Waste of time.
It's great saving time, keeps from having to run to the bank every time for the simplest transaction.
Accurate and keeps me on budget. Very user friendly and easy to navigate.
Always good to be able to pay Bill's 24/7. Only had a problem once with double debit.
Absolutely love this app. I use it for everything. Helps so much just wish you could do more transfers per month.

Best bank I've ever had, best customer service, phone app for convenience and lots of bells and whistles attached to accounts that are for the welfare of there client's.

Keeps telling me it can't bring up my account info. This is a recent problem. Always worked before.

Horrible update on this app. 95% of time rejects because of gel ink, date between etc.
Mobile deposit feature is terrible. The fact you can't mute the directions and camera shutter sound is ridiculous. The rest of the app works fine and is typical to other banks.
