It can be really difficult to take pictures of checks for mobile deposit. Other than that, the app is fantastic! I have to deduct two stars though because the first time I tried to do the mobile deposit, it took so long that it timed out. The signature side of the check was very difficult to photograph.

Great app! Very user friendly! Would recommend it to anyone to use. Love the bill pay option, it's so convenient and easy to do! And the check deposit option on your phone straight to your bank account is amazing!! This app has totally changed the way I do banking and pay my bills! It has made my life much easier and simpler that's for sure! Good buy stamps and trips to the bank! Thank you FCCU for a wonderfully made, user-friendly app for your clients!

The app is terribly rudimentary at best... Something as simple as seeing visual copies of deposited/paid checks once they clear is impossible for this institution. They don't care about customer feedback either despite any effort on our parts to inform them. Also, for the number of times that the system is down for "maintenance", one would think significant improvements were being made, but NOPE. It's an app developed in the 90s stuck in a time loop reminiscent of the original Oregon Trail.

The app has gotten better...but still struggles with a good ui and the logo/splash screen looks comically bad. that makes we worry about security, if they can't get the basics right, but nothing bad has happened so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. I can do bill pays, transfers, and check statements (not easily). so, the app is decent but not great. The estatements is by far the worst feature they have. Finding it, using it,navigation..all bad there.

This app is really starting to be a waste of time. I can't pay my electronic bill payments on the app. When I try to pay a diff amount other that the min or total balance it doesn't give me the keyboard to type in my amount, rendering it useless to me. I have a s9+ Android. Please fix this. I've had to go and pay my bills directly on 3 different sites rather than using the one app that should do it all. I'm not pleased

It's alright. Easy to log in, check balance, and mobile deposit. I wish there was an easy way to transfer money to/from an external account with another bank. The interface looks OK, a tiny bit dated. Mobile banking & ease of use with the app is my biggest priority with a bank.

Been with FCCU for 20+ years and zero complaints. What more can you say? The app for bill paying couldn't be better. Can pay all my bills at one place in under 10 minutes and never have to buy a stamp. The only negative is that it doesn't deduct from the balance until maybe a week or so later when the bill is actually paid. Maybe a pending balance showing monies are earmarked would be helpful.

seems clunky.. one example is the weird inability to pay credit card easily without first transfering into savings and then transfering to credit card. never experienced this with another financial institution and seems like wasted/pointless data management. Would benefit both the user and institution if unnecessary processing could be cut out by making one simple transfer from account to credit card more easy to perform like most institutions do. Seems like there are redundancies in the GUI.

This USED to be great! Not anymore. I can't login with a fingerprint anymore for some reason, and I've also had to change my password multiple times because the app is not accepting my password. It's completely useless without going through the entire process of reentering a new password everytime I want to check my accounts.

Great for what it is, however, there is no way to transfer between banking institutions. Mobile check deposit is difficult to use. I have an amazing camera but the app wants to read it in low resolution and looks like a bad scan from a desk top scanner. This makes depositing checks take upwards of twenty minutes.

Push notifications only work when I'm in the app. That doesn't make the push notifications very useful. Plus cannot use with Samsung Pay. It is being looked into and has for a very long time. I can use my credit cards with Samsung Pay and use my watch to pay at a lot of places, but if I could use my bank account too that would be nice. And now there are ads? Really? That makes using the app much less useful especially when the ads are at the logout point so it adds a step to closing the app.

Love this app! Alot of great features and I especially like the Money Management portion. This section means that I don't have to have another app for money management/ budgeting. Something to improve on would be the Goals portion, perhaps letting users select a date that they would like to complete their goal and have the money by would be nice rather than entering in estimated monthly contributions and guessing when it would be fulfilled. Tiny gripe, but solid app!

I am a very satisfied customer of First Community Bank and its physical branch outlets & employees. App is good on my newer Samsung phone. Somewhat hard to open on laptop. Seems there are extra steps. Also hard to transfer funds between other First Community customers; Though I appreciate security vigilance & concerns. too many verification steps that freeze. App will not run at all on my older cell phone.

Excellent as always. The customer service experienced with this app is untouchable. There's never an issue but if for some reason there is, the IT professionals get it sorted out quickly any time you need them.

You get the BEST customer service ever if you contact them via message in app. They can literally do more than any banker will be able to over the phone. I also really like the easy transfers to savings. It takes like 3 seconds.

Definite time saver but it takes a little too much time to take out of the balance which would be better, or even more efficient. Please make it so that the net balance is displayed instead of previous balance, thank you for at least considering my input.

great to be able to control my account on the fly and make payments quick. seems very secure, when I got my new phone number it wouldn't let me log in until I switched it with the bank! and I just keep finding more features

Lets you check your balance and move money between your checking and savings account, but don't expect much more than that. You have to install a second app (cardnav) if you want detailed control of transactions, notifications and card usage, which makes this app somewhat useless.

This app, like everything FCCU provides, is fantastic. The UI is not complex or clumsy. App features are well placed and easily located. Biometric security is a massive bonus. I am really happy that I downloaded it.

Such a user friendly app. It make moving money to different accounts super easy. I have an auto and personal loan through FC and everything is easy to manage, see and navigate on the app. I've had it for years and it's by fair the best banking app.

I'm not sure why this is a thing, but I'm no longer able to access my account via my app because they have a security validation bit where they call you, make you validate, and tell you to go back to the app. doesn't work at all. In fact it just crashes the app. 1 star until they fix this.

the app is the number 1 reason i bank with them. it not the only reason, but the app is so easy to use. transfers take 2 seconds, i just refinanced my car through them. not only did i get great terms and interest rate from them, it also is right on the app so i can pay it in 2 seconds from my accounts

Great app, easy to use, all accounts in one place, easy to make car loan payment from bank account, no week long wait for funds spent to be withdrawn, in-branch staff has been great. Best banking experiences in the last six months with FCCU than I remember having in the past 20+ years with multiple other banking institutions!

App used to work just fine but then one day it stopped letting me transfer money between accounts. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but nothing has worked. I just tried uninstalling again and now I cant even sign in. When I get the phone call and try to press 1 the robot just keeps repeating the instructions and pressing any of the numbers doesn't work.

Can't even log in anymore. The app is totally broken. Even when I could log in, the functionality was awful. There's no way to schedule a car payment other than what's already in the system because my checking account doesn't show up. And there's no way to add one in there either. So basically the only thing I can do is view the outstanding balance on the loan. There is nothing else that can be done. Can't add an account, can't change the auto draft, can't make a payment to principal.

I've been with First Community since the mid-eighties and they don't miss a step. They are forward thinking so we benefit by that effort. Do have to say I love the e-deposit feature. Now be alerted when our cards are used. Great feature.
