This app needs some major improvements. It's ridiculous hard to manage your money with this app especially when it's a joint account because pending transactions don't always show, funds are always being withheld for no reason, and the available balance and current balance are constantly not up to date (not in real time). We've overdrafted several times because of these problems. I don't recommend doing joint accounts with this credit union. Also, sometimes I can't even log into the app.

It has been working fine previously, not great but working. Two weeks ago, an update pop up and you cannot bypass. When I click on the update it just froze. I uninstalled the app and tried to install it it again but until now, not able to install it. It just keeps spinning. It's not my phone because I am able to used other bank accts. I called the main branch over a week ago and She said that they did not know anything about it...but I see that a lot of us are having issues with this APP.

Four stars, before I installed the updates. Once you install the updates, the mobile deposit doesn't work any more. There's an issue with the camera settings that move everything 90 degrees and on an angle. I hope it gets fixed soon, as there is no FCCU branch near me. I'd say, don't install the update, but you can't deposit without it. I did text them, and as soon as I mentioned the problem . . . crickets. I never received a responding answer to my text. Tried calling for several business hours, and couldn't get through, so I am guessing a lot of other people are calling about this issue as well. I will keep trying next week, but I'm pretty sure this is an ap issue.

Absolutely terrible! We have been customers for multiple personal and business accounts for 10 years and we need the app to work! Cannot log in more than 80% of the time. When we are logged in, kicks us off and says we are timed out or connectivity issue. Never had a problem before this latest app update. Please fix this! Invest some time and money in your app. Seriously considering changing banks, which we hate...but we need the app to work reliably. It is too important! Very, very frustrated.

The mobile deposit feature of this app is useless. On the off chance that it even loads (took 3 days and 8 attempts this time), the captured image is ALWAYS blurry. Despite being crystal clear as you hit capture image, the final result looks like you sneezed and threw your phone across the room. This has been an issue ALL YEAR. It would be less frustrating for this feature to flat out not exist than struggle this much and inevitably have to go to a branch anyways.

The check reading system is garbage To elaborate it has great difficulty in reading checks even in the most pristine and perfect conditions it simply can't cope. Other banking apps are miles ahead and are much faster and far more reliable. At the most this app can somewhat reliably when the stars and moon are aligned transfer your funds around and do very simple money managment. Other than that it is very clunky and cumbersome.

App freezes then kicks you out making it necessary to sign in all over again. Doing anything beyond checking account balances or making mobile deposits is impossible, especially updating security preferences. Now I get to make a special trip to my local branch to get my wife's phone number listed so she can actually get into the app. This, after attempting several times to do so in the app, and her access randomly being discontinued after the initial set up in the branch. The app worked great up until the latest update on the Galaxy Z Fold 2. It crashes upon opening on the tablet sized screen. If you use the outside phone sized screen the app works normally. The bug is definitely resolution or full screen mode related. Edit: It's working now after the update. Thanks dev team!

As of December 21 app has worked great up until about 3 days ago when it started closing on its own. Even with latest update it still crashes closed while I'm using it. I happens within about 45 seconds of login whether using login credentials or fingerprint. As of December 27, app won't even let me sign in. It shows the "working" circle but nothing else happens. I just deleted a star. If I could, there would be no star.

The new update on this app is causing problems with my log in that I never had before. It's bad enough that balancing our account has its challenges since you can do a charge and see it but 3 days later the charge disappears and throws your balance off. I constantly check my account but now that's a problem due to the app error. I am uninstalling again to reinstall and see if that helps. Very disappointed FCCU.

Everything was working well with deposits on the app. Now everytime I try to take a picture of the check to be deposited, the picture is distorted. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it doesn't work. My camera takes great pictures except here. Very inconvenient.

I called FCCU with issues about this app. Supposedly, they are working on it and it should be working in a day. I can't use bill pay or do other transactions and I keep getting knocked off the app. It's been several days now. Their IT department needs to get this fixed. So frustrating!

I Don't really care for this app!!.. FCCU needs to get onboard with things.. why is it that when you send my account notifications of transactions to my email.. that you don't provide me with the amount of the transactions nor do u provide me with the ending account#.. Like whats the purpose of this feature if Im having to log in to see exactly the amount of transactions and having to log into all my different accounts I have with you to see which one I received the alerts for... do better FCCU!

After the most recent update, I'm getting the same "unknown error" as everyone else. I contacted customer support via their website, and they didn't even mention this was a known issue and gave me the spill of making sure I had the latest version of their app. That was about a week ago. Overall, I'm really dissatisfied with their service. I will be looking for a new bank soon. Update 9/28/18: newest update says "loading" indefinitely. I still can't login. I uninstalled then reinstalled the app and now I'm getting the unknown error again.

Mobile check deposit not working on Android version 9 (LG V40). Please update and fix app. It is working fine on another device running Android 8. Specifically after capturing the front and back images "Submit Deposit" never appears as it does for the same account and check deposit on another phone that's running Android 8

Updated - they finally fixed the camera issue. Previously mobile deposit was impossible with many mobile phones because the app would blur the image as soon as you hit the button to take the photo. The app seems reliable and useful now.

My internet is connected but the last 2 months 9 out 10 times it won't connect to the internet. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling the app and turning off the phone and turning it back on and it still does the same thing so I have to get my tablet or laptop and get online. It's very annoying.

It only works half the time. Very long logins and navigation is terrible. This isn't an indictment against the bank, it is great with excellent customer service. The app just needs work. FOR THE LAST WEEK I CAN'T USE THIS APP. IT'S HORRIFIC AND USELESS!!

The pending transactions are never visible. Some just show up. Just wish the app was updated and more current. The app will freeze every now and again. Overall decent, but not the most up to date.

Either the app or their system is behind on transactions, and lack more detailed info. Meaning it's slow. Mobile deposits take way too long to clear. The app works and does what you need it to do mostly but it could be better.

App quite working long time ago! I am unable to login with my username and password no more! App keep trying to connect and loops back to sign in screen. Username and password are good. I already cleared all the cache, force stop, unistall and install and still unable to login. I am using Android OS 8.0.0 Galaxy 7. Will change my review after my problem has been resolved!

The app has become very unstable and preventing access. This is the wrong season to have log in issues. I tried to email the developer and no one responded. I hate to provide a negative review, however this is not a minor issue and must be resolved immediately.

It has been a good app but lately I keep having a black screen. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app all the times for it to work. It's annoying when to want to access your accounts but you can't.

Good app. Everything's in one place. Easy to use. Just, after clicking in Bill Pay, check it's Menu and Go to bill pay site. idk how it is these days, but it used to give more up-to-date information on pending payments. i mean, if you are just in the app, bill pay didn't always give up to date info. You had to go to bill pay site. i don't know if that's still the case, bc i normally go to bill pay site one I'm in the app.

Hard to find what you're looking for. I can't see my account number. I can't transfer funds to anothrr bank. It's a clunky design. But hey, it's the best loan rate I could have gotten! This app just gives me more motivation to pay off my loan early.
