I was perfectly happy with the old app and web site. Getting signed up for the new one was a pain, the budget tool I used all the time is gone, and the mobile app does nothing. It shows my balances and then freezes up. I can deposit the checks I need to.
Does not work on my Samsung Galaxy S9+. It keeps popping up as device not authorized. Still doesn't have fingerprint login for Android. With fixing the authorization issue and adding fingerprint login would be great.
3 days later and the new app still keeps on buffering ( reeling) in as I'm texting you. Frustrated. I miss the old app.. I wished I never bought a new cell phone. What a costly phone and stressful app.
Keeps crashing before I can even log in. You would think they could afford decent developers to write their app for them. It worked before 3/22/2022, what happened?
Access denied after first use...error says accounts unavailable try again later...later never comes... Only worked for 3 n half months. Need to uninstall and reinstall app to access account. Please fix. Thank you.
my phone did an update now it doesn't work says unauthorized device, I uninstall it and put the app back on and it started to work again. I have a galaxy Note 8
Doesn't work. Says there is a network error. Can't log in. The old app worked so this is in no way an improvement.
This app makes things alot more complicated than it needs to be. Once you play around with it to find what you need, you realize that you're doing extra work than the previous app. Not a fan!
Garbage app. completely useless and hopelessly broken. Can virtually do nothing useful with this app. deposit a check? uh....nope. Pay a bill? uh if it is more than 10 dollars good luck. trust me it isn't your phone..it is this useless app.
I am getting a message about needing to use the new app version. Which is not clear to me if I would need to download a different app or make sure this app needs to be updated.

Not working at all. Not able to login at all, it allows takes me to the old version and ask me to download the new one.

To many kinks with this new app. It should have been all worked out before asking members to switch to this new app. I give it 3 thumbs down.

Why fix what isn't broken? Rather than updating the existing banking app, First Credit Union created a whole new one, forcing users to uninstall and re-download the new app. I can't figure out why either, the new app is less user friendly, difficult to read with no contrast, glitchy and difficult to navigate overall. This app is NOT an improvement, and if I had the choice, I would continue using the old one (but it shut down/went defunct with no warning in lieu of this new one.) Frustrating.
