The upgrade has improved the app from my previous 1-star rating. It is possible to create future payments but if you set up a payment from an account that doesn't support bill payments, it is not processed and you will not find out until someone chases you for money. Can do better.

Dont like the inability to take a screenshot especially for proof of payments. Also since the update 1 of 2 payments same bank acc but different references has been getting paid. Eventhough the other is a saved reference once I click to pay it, it automatically changed to the the other. I ended up a month behind on 1 payment and a month ahead on the other.

the app is good purely for the fact that it's straightforward to understand WHEN it's working. most the time i can't log in. even the main website on Google is almost impossible to use. definately needs a lot of work. can't even manage or change automatic payments with the app.

honestly this bank has gone to s**t since they changed everything and did that big system upgrade, app hardly works, leaving me in some rough situations because I couldn't access my money and had no idea what my balance was, and the daily fees and atm fees are ridiculous, a daily fee for what ?! for me to not have reliable access to my own money?! also bank has screwed up my automatic payments not once but 4 times in the last 2 months !!!! sort it out !!!!!

Why change the user ID and password option? Ever since that changed I have been unable to use it, as soon as you push the user ID button it closes me out of the app. So unnecessary and just causes inconvenience. I rang the call line and was told nothings wrong with it...Let me tell YOU, its MUNTED!!!

Needs more features, unable to take a screenshot using mobile app which is inconvenient as you have to log on to an actual pc if you need one especially when you don't use internet banking often coz i tend to forget my logon details then i have to have it reset etc, turns into such a tedious task just to get a screenshot of one transaction. No options to request/open another suffix or account via app or printing or even a statement download option.

When I click the app it pops up with a banner page saying my phone is rooted (it's not) or there may be some debugger (there isn't). I'm unable to proceed. The app was almost useless before. Now it is completly useless.

FUSTRATING!!!!! PROBLEMS, PROBLEMS, PROBLEMS..........Had no issues before with the old App BUT! this new App has been nothing but a constant headache. Can't access account or do anything, have installed then uninstalled numerous times in the hope something will work but NOTHING!!!!

also if you want to edit an automatic payment you cant do it on the app because it doesn't have the option, then if you go onto the website it says error!! wth annoying!! there's a tab to manage payees but you can't manage it only delete the payee. issue after issue!!!

A very simple easy app. Works efficiently 99% of the time. Can't take screenshots, but most banking ads don't allow that for security reason. So no complaint about that. Very very good for me

Usually a good app but today I can't log in. I now get a javascript message. Right @ the end says "javascript must be enabled". So after using the app perfectly yesterday how does this happen? I've changed nothing, added nothing, most certainly have not disabled any javascript. I've restarted my ph, came here to play store to see if there was an update. Even uninstalled & reinstalled. Please help!!??

Credit union was once an amazing bank. No issues what so ever. Things changed after they started down grading. Branches started closing down etc. Wish they had just left it the way it was. Why change a good thing 😞

Have been a member with this bank for 35 years and the amount of issues i have had with their systems since the changed has been shocking and unnessecary. Sick of being told the we cant connect to the server for this app so i jave to keep uninstalling. And then to be told by customer service that its my internet connetion is a crock of shizz. Dislike this app with a passion.

Nice, but am unable to put the exact payment. I have to round it off to the nearest dollar. e.g: $37.45 - can't put the full stop in between as it's showing as unavailable. I have to round it off to $37.00 or $38.00.

I called and asked for assistance with the d/l, the staff member was helpful, patient and polite. Since I've had the app its been primo, especially when I need to transfer money from one account into my everyday account so could use it to purchase goods.

Not good at all I try to log in with the same details I have for the internet log in details and it says id/password incorrect please try again when in fact I know that the details I have provided are correct thought I'll down load this app to make it easier for me to log in instead of going into the internet but guess I was wrong definitley wouldn't recommend this app to anyone now or in the future

it takes 24hr to transfer from the app to another credit union acc but when you transfer from off chrome it goes in straight away!? you really need to fix this!! what's the point of the app otherwise?

Will get a 5 if we can upgrade to being allowed to Screenshot..seems we are the only banking app that doesn't allow it. Makes it inconvenient when purchasing online and the sellers want confirmation of payment.

The new updated version has better and faster services very quick to obtain accounts and has new images and colour that gives that new app and new look "Awesome"
