Loading the app just displays a message saying "service is unavailable. please reboot device" i tried redownloading and rebooting my samsung phone. still no luck. The app seems like it needs an update.
I got a new phone and the system required a new code for me to sign in. For almost 2 weeks the staff worked with me for long hours and with a number of staff members. Finally, with much success. I am so thankful for the help and the professional manner that everyone serviced me. I will tell everyone about my positive experience. Thanks to everyone. . .
only switched to the app cause all my sharebranch options closed... so far so good. My only qualm is that it takes a week for a deposit to clear.

Sometimes have to reset password more than normal. Screen goes in and out each time I use it.
Latest android update has caused APP not to work. Very frustrating especially when staff at office indicates it is working and assumes the error is due to the user or user's device.
Difficult PW reset, can't transfer to/from your personal bank account(s) with other banks, mobile deposit is currently unavailable.
I wish money on payday was available at midnight. Nothing to do with app.

Why am I not asked for Userid and password only 4 digit password to access my bank using icon. I do not want these saved anywhere. Google Play gives constant popups in Nook and now since new platform uses Platform in Google Play I have experienced problems. Also Square automatically sent receipt to email at store.. I want paper copy only. I believe my info is being shared! I do not share my email...
