This app used to work and tell me my daily usage in dollars. And now it won't load the recent usage. It only goes to December 7th and when I refresh it it just says loading. Other than that it works great to pay the bill....
Not helpful for prepaid accounts. It does not show daily usage in dollar amounts like it used to. I only keep the app to pay on my account. Other than that it is useless.
I don't like the changes you made to this app. It was user friendly now it's not. You can't get any information you need. I can't view my bill good thing I still get paper bills. Please make it more user friendly again. Thank you for your help in this matter.
The app is easy to use..but is odd when ur balance shows.. mine will show -45$ with 7days left. When it get out of the negative number to a $0.00 banance or $ 4.69 balance the positive number shows red . Which means im a day behind or over . An then power will shut off.. but as it is paid its bk on within 5min.
Nice to have for daily information. But the daily usage on the app NEVER works anymore. I use this to keep take if what appliances use the most electricity. Very disappointed.
Like just about every other review, it says there is a problem with my sign-in. Funny, that same info works fine on my computers.
Used to work good, but not anymore. I have prepaid and it quit updating daily usage. I relied on daily usage.
This is so crazy. I put in my email and password and account number. It said they were all wrong. No wonder we get ripped off. Can't even run a company correct. Damn!!!
Worked great the first time I used it, then has since forever crashing. Would like it to be fixed.
They are not good at updating the app. Charging me 5.80 when my app always says 4.50. Don't do prepaid they will cheat you out your money. I literally just put money on my lights and 2 days later its almost gone.
I do not like this company. They are price gouging their customers. And for the most part have a monopoly so they can do it. And everytime I try to use a stupid app it kicks me out and won't let me log in. Just another reason to hate First Electric.
100% Garbage. Damn near locked myself out of my account. I know damn well what my login info is and cant log in!!
Easy to find copy of bill, make a pmnt. And it allows you extensions.
Love this app. I can see and pay my bill right on here. Best thing they did for us.
App has been down since I talk to a representative and told them the spike I got last thursday was ridiculous..because I had no electric on that day....since that day I have nothing showing on usage...and reports don't work past that day...kinda dish to me????
Other than not being able to get to the button allowing me to actually pay my bill, it's great!
Garbage. I don't have an account yet so I try to create one and it keeps telling me error, I am not registered. Well no dip....that's what I'm trying to do!!!!!!!! Stupid.
Can't even log in because the app says that my account billing number, email and last name are incorrect

I love you first electric this is been the first stress free electric I've ever had in my life and I appreciate it and I tell everybody about you because this is the best way to go especially when you're struggling person one job and everything just seems so impossible you make it feel like it is impossible and I appreciate that first electric thank you

Okay so a little something to say about First Electric Cooperative. My bill was posted on September 1st, my bank decided to NSF the transaction a WEEK later. Did anyone tell me about this? My bank, First Electric? NO! All it said on the app was the NEXT bill. The pay history stated the posted payment Sept 1st. We have kids,, and pets who are now melting.
The sign in on the app never works and then when I tried to recover my account, it said one of the items was wrong. I go to the internet and sign in with no concerns. The app asks for an email sign in whereas the internet asks for a username. This app is completely useless if I have to go to the internet anyway to sign into my account. Please fix this asap.
