It works, somewhat. Update: Seems the issues with mobile check deposit have been fixed. Still glitchy, but it works. **Update 2: all transaction history is gone after the newest update. New transactions aren't listed either. Login page crashes frequently. Identical problems on both of my phones, (Note 8 and galaxy S9)

Had no problems earlier; apparently and update issue, so whatever was done, which now can't be undone because of related system interface issues or whatever, does not work properly. The GUI at the account is all messed up. Unusuable.

Don't like the update. When I try to look at my purchases of the day my screen flashes and goes to the beginning of the 30 days showing. Can't see past 3 purchase on the screen before it flashes. So now I have been using this app for awhile all of a sudden it will not let me sign into my accounts. only thing they could tell me was to uninstall and reinstall. Well that don't fix anything. ☹😤😡

This app has been great until recently. Ita only showing balance and not transactions. This is important info needed especially to check pending transactions. Please fix the problem

The app has been done for more than 5 days! Every time I call about it, they are like yeah, we know. You would think a banking app would be more reliable, it's not like they are dealing with play money!

cannot look at the most recent purchases! when you go to scroll past the first 3 it goes to the beginning of the month. hate the app now.

I can see my balance but I cannot see my transactions. I have done all updates, uninstalled and cleared cache and nothing seems to allow me to see any transactions.

Exhalent Credit Union,. I like the service and if you have any type of problem with your account, customer support is right there to get it taken care of. Awesome!

Since the update i cant reset my password and SYSTEM ERROR keep showing this is not good im not happy so i contcted them they basically saying my app aint locked when it it cant see transction or what is take Out serously this need to be fixed.

Have had this app for awhile now. Have not had any problems until last 2 days and it keeps closing the app. Anyone else having this same issue?

I had this app since2017 no problems till about a week ago i cant view my transactions! Ive uninstalled and reinstalled and clear everthing and rest my phone still cant view !

Love the app. But i really dont like the fact that i can not see transactions anymore.

Have been trying to open app but keeps telling me unfortunately the app has stopped, don't know what to do.

The new update has ruined the app. I can see my balance but not the transactions.

Love the old can't do to much really don't like it can't see what I pay or spend money on need to know the companies I paid for my on records just keep saying atm

Been using this bank for a very long time and using the app for awhile now I have not had any issues with it ,😌

Can't see what has been taken out of my account. When it use to show the whole month of purchases

can't even get it to complete download only gets to about 80 percent and stops

I can never rely on the app when I need it most. It is down more than it is up.
