I'm not encountering the same issues as other reviews. The app does have fingerprint sign-on, and it works (so far) without having to re-authenticate with code via text. I don't have issues with a blank screen either, and it even has Zelle integrated now, which was not the case when I last banked with these guys years ago. Be certain to setup your online banking account via PC before trying to sign into this app otherwise you will run into problems.
I setup the fingerprint but after using it once or twice with fingerprint it forces me to type in my username and password. Then I uninstall/reinstall but I run into the issue. The app itself is not very user friendly, coming from someone who works in IT. My personal favorite banking app is and always has been fifth third bank app. I still love that bank but had to close our accounts with them after moving 2.5 hours away from the nearest branch. Please at least make the fingerprint sign in work
After time and time and time and time again, I have to delete the app and redownload it cause my fingerprint will randomly not log me in and then it makes me manually log in and send a code to my cell phone.....so I'm totally good if someone wants to steal my fingerprint to access my account but as long as they don't have my cell phone I'm safe cause I wouldn't want them seeing that I spend to much money on food and pokemon cards, bad app, bad bank..just bad.
Had this, uninstalled. There was NO FINGERPRINT SIGNON! Has it since been added, if not, why not? Every bank I deal with has it!!! How about bringing this horse and buggy banking app into the 21 century. Will reinstall when finger print signon has been added, just let me know.
Possibly the worse app of any kind I have ever used. It repeatedly looses log in information. It constantly locks up. Even after numerous calls to IT and the bank I give up.
For some reason this app keeps crashing down. Been a few days since I can login, claiming that my id and password are invalid.
Good app when it wants to work.. Signing in and getting a white screen completely refusing to load. Having to uninstall/reinstall just to get the stupid thing to work. Just had to do it again figured I'd leave a review this time.
App is garbage... Fingerprint doesn't work... Have to authenticate every time I wanna even open the app it's been like this for months... Great bank though... But absolutely horrible app....
This is a bank app. I have an Android. IT SHOULD WORK EVERYTIME, NOT OCCASIONALLY!!!!! Sometimes I pull the app up and I get a blank screen. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!!!!!!!!
I used the app for about 3 months worked grate and now that thay updated the app. Now it wont lode or let me put in my login.
Worst app I have. Works occasionally. Too convoluted. Make it simpler. Make it work. Wont even load at this point.
Requires to retype user and password repeatedly with no fix. Customer service won't help either.
Supposed to of updated on Feb 22, 2022. The app still won't work.
Complete junk, if I was to base a company on how well their website and app works I would never have setup an account!
Used to work, now you're lucky if it even loads properly for you to sign in. I shouldn't have to feel 'lucky' to get my bank app to work 🙄
Will not let me access online account information. Have Uninstaller and reinstalled multiple times.
Customer service is a thing of the past. If you need help with this app and call the bank, they just tell you that they don't know either. They don't even pretend to care.
I'm paperless banking and can't check my account balance! Or see what's going on with my account! I'm very upset.
Ever since it updated it aint been working. It just shuts down.
The app was fine but recently it has been messing up and not even letting me log in
Doesnt even stay updated to your actual card balance and i signed up for no over draft bcuz of it not updating and it still let me overdraft and then updated on wensday after i already spent the money in there
This app is terrible, over half the time it doesn't even work at all
Slow and never process purchases until 3 days later.
It is fine if this great internet worked right.

iPhone version has facial recognition, Android has to retype user name and password each time. On top of that, it requires me to receive a text message to my phone every 5th login or so to make sure it is me, from the same computer and network each time. Makes no sense. Very frustrating. Update: Still a terrible app. I may change banks because of this app. It's just that bad.
