Been very good, in person the employees very good and friendly. Good bank to deal with over all.
I received a check today for the sale of a violin in the amount of $350, which I decided to deposit via my mobile app. Unfortunately the full instructions for such a deposit appeared only after I had completed the process. So now I have to wait to see if the deposit goes through.
App is great when I can get it to open. Recently I tap to go in and check balances and app opens long enough to kick me out before sign in. 😠😡
It is nice to have mobile banking but a lot of times I get error messages when I open the app. Or they'll say "please call for assistance." Kind of annoying and wish they'd fix the glitches.
Love it mobile deposit makes things so easy. I do wish it was a little more interactive i would love to get notifications when things change i don't know if that's a feature already or not over pretty decent
Very convenient except when you need to change passwords. It would be nice to be able to do that right in the app.
Everything i open the app i get an error and try to reinstall the app i get an error again. Fix the app already been this way for the last 7 months

Unfortunately, not compatible with the latest update of Android as it hasn't been updated since 2017.
The app is pretty great. The mobile deposit feature is much more user friendly than some I have used
It doesn't open 9 out of 10 times. I have to uninstall then reinstall to view my account.

I've never had issues with this app unless it was my doing. The way I see it is if I can do it anybody else can!

I'm changing to a REAL Bank ASAP! "Oh you can use your card you have now until the new one arrives"! On Sunday evening I have a cart FULL of groceries and go to pay with my Debit Card. Kroger Clerk "Our system says you entered the wrong pin". Me: I don't have another Pin, nor another card"! Had to leave the cart their after working 6 long 10 hour days. Went to the ATM. "INCORRECT PIN"! I DID NOT CHANGE MY PIN! UNRELIABLE/UNDEPENDABLE. MY words are inappropriate for this Bank 🤬 This is MY TRUTH

Love this app! The only issue I'm having now is that the Galaxy S22 is detecting a bug and won't open. Hopefully it gets fixed soon! I use this app to balance my checkbook and transfer funds.
