In last 3-4 weeks I'm unable to login, it wont even open the app. It's 2022... step up your game or I'm gonna have to step up mine and be with bank that moves along with technology
This app cannot open on Android at this point and displays this error: 'Application has violated security policies and it will be shutdown' (1839:BFF2)
App works well a few minor issues. Positive First, 2% APY back for having checking with 12+ transactions on debit card!! I dont hold a lot of money in checking but its better than pennies you recieve banking elsewhere. So, that makes it best option for my family! However, still have to use computer to update items like bill pay, also havent found the option to turn on and off debit cards. Then getting a new debit card can also be a task. Mobile deposit dosen't work for checks more than $3,000.

App not opening after transferring it to my new S22 Ultra. I've tried removing app and reinstalling and rebooting my phone, but still doesn't even open. It worked just fine on my S10!
I hate that the mobile deposit takes two days for the funds to go into your account. And if you happen to do it on a Thursday, your really waiting until monday for the funds to be added. It shows they are accepted but not added. Other banks the minute you you deposit you can use the fund. First federal really needs to get with figured out. It really makes you wanna change banks. Not enough time in the day to go to the bank and mobile deposit is a joke. My job only offers checks.
Inconsistent,sometime you have access sometimes you don't. Often the automated phone system glitches out as well. Very inconsistent.
The app works wonderfully for me. I am OTR an having the option for mobile deposit and online transfers is a must for me. I've been banking with FFBKC for years and am looking forward to continuing to do so for many years to come.
It does not show how many transactions you have made during the statement period in the savings account. If I'm limited to 6 transactions, it's helpful to see how many I have remaining and when the statement period will end. More account info (including statement beg & end dates) would be valuable.
I can"t open the app since I loaded the update
This app has stopped working! Completely unable to open at all. I have used this daily since 2019. I have emailed and have not received any updates or advice. Completely useless.
It works really well with little to no crashes or confusion. Everything is right there in front of you and they are constantly adding new features. Its even better than their website is.
Can't use since I've updated my phone.
For some reason the app will not function after transferring data to my new phone. Reinstalling the app doesn't help.
This app since joining this bank years ago has never worked through multiple redesigns and updates and it always locks me out of online banking even with the correct sign in and password i have signed in successfully one time in the last 5 years and because it locks me out every single time i cant even look up through the full website im sick of this do not use this bank and get rid of this useless app
Just installed app on my new phone and now it won't even open or load any information to sign into. Very disappointing.
All I can see is my balance. You can't see what you're last transaction was or deposit or anything else. I used to be able to. It has been months now. I thought they would fix it but it is the same. If you just need to know your balance it works fine for that but nothing else.
Keeps freezing on me and I can't login as of right now I can't even log in at all and I have to try to put everything back in I usually just use my finger to open my app and so now I've lost everything have to start all over you need to update this or something
Used to be great now not useable on my android phone. The error message I get says I need to make a change in my settings but not visible long enough for me to read it. Ugh!
Used to be great but now it doesn't work for Android. It's been over a month that ffbk has been aware and is "working on a fix" Super disappointed
I had thought highly of the app but now with a required update that won't download, the app is unusable. I'm not happy at all with this result. I might as well not have it at all, it's junk at this point.
Easy to use, convenient, instant balance is ideal for on the go, transfers/deposits made simple. 👍👍👍
I loved the app on my old phone. Just got a new phone OnePlus 6 and it immediately closes. Doesn't even open. Please fix this!!!
My whole family got one plus 6t and this app does not work..we used our app regularly. It would be nice to have the app working in a quick time frame
Don't know if it's an update issue, but cannot connect. Comes with an error and says call for assistance. Call who?
Quick and easy to use, never fails me on giving me all my info I need at hand. My first and best bank I've been with. I dont think I'll ever change.
Can't download app on Samsung Galaxy A11...Called bank said they were aware of the issue and keep giving days when it will be fixed, but still not working 😕.
This app has become utter trash. It wasn't working properly with my s8+ and now it is even worse with my s22ultra. I love working with a local bank but this is 2022 and you need to be able to rely on mobile banking accessibility. First Federal, this app ain't it. You need to get out of the stone age and hire some new developers. Dangerously close to leaving your bank for one that has it's stuff together.
