I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app multiple times lately as everytime I open when it gets to the login page I get a blank white screen. It's been doing this for about a month now. Before this I never had a problem. I have been using the app on a Samsung Note 8.
This app locks me out of my account more times than it lets me see my balance! Constantly having to call my bank and reset passwords. Fingerprint scan is broken and refuses to save login info. Just use the web browser at this point.
I can't log in. It keeps asking security questions that I did NOT put in. It's asking me questions about my past! Like what color is your Honda Accord! I haven't had that car in years! I can't quite remember what year it was but I'm thinking 98 but the options start at 2001! You guys have got to update if you want to keep business..
Terrible app. Updated months ago and now never can keep my login info up to date. Fingerprint doesn't work, face id doesn't work. Very irritating.
This app is not worth time to down load tried several times to log on either exceeded attempts, and want send pass code to my e-mail.
contsantly crashes. I have had to delete and re-install numerous times.

I would rate this app 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that if you forget your password you can't reset it online. You have to call the bank which is very annoying and you can only contact them during certain businesses hours.
Even when I first downloaded it I couldn't use it. I still haven't been able to use it because it tells me it isn't available. POS. Update: Downloaded it again after an update. Still a POS. STILL won't let me in. "Not available at this time. Try again later."
This updated version doesn't let you pay bills..can I get the old version back?
The app for the merged banks removed the ability to transfer funds between accounts. I need this feature . Very unhappy.

App worked perfectly fine until current update. Now it goes to a land corporation page and won't let me login.
App won't let me into my bank account say my log in info is wrong. I didn't change the info.
Could be better. Would like to be able to deposit checks via app. It says option isn't available when I try.

This app is a complete disaster. It gets worse with every update. Programmers need to be fired immediately and another firm hired to replace these clowns. NOTHING in this app works the way it's supposed to. As of this day I will no longer use it out of concern it will possibly lose money in my account during a transfer or bill payment. I'll stick to the website only for now.
