App will not allow me to log in on mobile. I've gone through on home computer through First Federal and had no issues. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No help. If continued attempts it locks out completely. This app is not working properly!
Works fine; except that I can no longer log in to the app with biometrics. Every time I try, it reverts to asking for a typed password.
I couldn't log in at all. Wouldn't save my username. The actual website is glitching right now, too. I've used on two devices so it's not the device...
Mobile deposits could be much improved/streamlined/efficient if one could NOT have to "Tap 'CONTINUE' to get started," then have to see and dismiss the 'Notices' page by tapping CONTINUE a second time before EACH CHECK! It's too, too repetitive, so I've stopped reading the Notices altogether & if anything changes, I'll never notice it. Other than that, it's a great app.
