First Federal of Greene County

I have been banking with First Federal for 20-plus. I have been very pleased all these years and feel their services are exceptionable. I have never had any issues with First Federal SNL. I have downloaded the app and have been using it for several years and again no problems and no issues. If I ever have a question and have to call them they're very prompt courteous and fix the issue immediately. Thanks First Federal for such great service.

After updating to the most recent version, it closes immediately and says "application has violated security policies" Why is this happening?

Best bank ever! Best bank app ever! Never a glitch....real time updates, all accounts are available and transfers are easy. It also has lots of other info at the ready, including interest rates and immediate access to all departments via email. I'll never switch banks!

Please add functionality for mobile alerts for transactions and account activity... Update: After over a year of use w/ this app, I am contemplating switching banks. Its unfortunate as I really love first federal, however the app seems to be down and unable to log in 25% of the time lately, if not more. This is unacceptable, as my other banking app for another financial institution works every time I use it. My wife has the same issue with the First Federal app. Please fix these issues soon.

This app does what I need it to do. Five stars! New comment 11/11/2019: I just thought of a good feature that could be added. Create the capability to enter a check I have just written online. This would be very nice in those instances when I know or suspect that the recipient will not cash the check for several days, or even several weeks. There could be a little window labeled, "Pending," where I could see what was upcoming.

Great app. Very easy to use. Very fast. Allows you to do banking while traveling. I just wish it would allow you to periodically change your password for security purposes.

Functional, simple, secure. Everything it needs to be. Making internal transfers on the fly is really nice, too.

It goes down at least once a week, idk if it's because they are updating but it's not down very long

Always broke...insane how often its down! As of right now its been down atleast 12 hrs and im working out of town with no money! Just great! smh garbage and this isnt first time! Going to a more reliable bank! RIDICULOUS!!!! Deserves 0 stars but it wont sllow it! ****AVOID THIS TRASH**** btw usually when its down your card wont work either at atms or store or gas pump. You will have access to none of your money!

I have an issue and can not log in to my account on my phone. I called and the person told me they are not sure why I can't log on and it wouldn't let her log in. I can go to the Web site and view my account but I loved using the mobile app but now I can't and I think it has to do with the instant balance thing.

I do love this app but the camera to deposit checks is upside down on my phone, Nexus 5x, even after updating. The camera works on my old phone so I have to keep using that when depositing.

Hasn't worked in months. Was told it needs to update to work with newer device. Where's the update?

Love the online cheque deposit. Now deposits could just go to savings....
