It is unacceptable for an app that has worked flawlessly with Android and Samsung for years to totally quit working because ofan update. The whole world doesn't run on Apple and iPhones. Will resume 5 stars when this issue is resolved.
Was great up until recent update. Can't get into app at all
This is not a great app. The last bank I was with I just entered a code to get in and it was more "user friendly". It also didnt require as many updates as this one. I dont like it...
I can no longer check my checking with the app. It just freezes up and won't work. Extremely disappointed.
When it's not changing your password automatically without your consent this locks you out... Then you have to call the bank to reset other then that it's fine
It's okay, I'm getting used to it. I had some issues a week ago logging in, but the S&L helped me.
The app works great. It really helps me manage my money with ease.

The local banking experience is always the better. I've always dealt with the bigger institutions until First Federal. Better security and definetly friendlier service. Making an update on 6/27/21, banking experience with the first Federal of Valdosta Georgia has gotten even better. Thank you guys Solomon and all the staff especially at the Northside branch and my favorite in Lakeland, Miss Janet. You guys keep up the good work and I'm always recommending people bank with you. Local banking.

Lots of sign in issues
You have to be kidding me! This is the second app my bank has offered. It's as bad as the first! I'm literally doing nothing wrong with it. I click onto the app, and it says system error has occurred before it even gives you a chance to enter ANY information. ..so no, it's not user error....it's app error! Please, first federal, give me an app I can use! The bank staff is tired of me asking for a print out of transactions!
April 6th I am now able to use the app again, with more functionality than previous versions. This app has worked well and provided me with a quick and easy way to check my balance- until a recent update. I can no longer use the app at all. I sent an email to the development team about three days ago and have not received a reply. Hoping it is fixed soon.
