First Federal Yamhill County

Currently unusable for me. App normally loads and works fine, but as of yesterday, I cannot open the app without an error stating the app is vreaking security issues with my phone. I've tried many fixes and none work. Im on a Galaxy S10

I don't believe I am getting the full app experience, and full accessibility has not been provided to me. For example: I cannot use Zelle because the standalone Zelle app tells me my banking institution provides Zelle services and redirects me to use Zelle through my First Federal online banking experience, then First Federal does not provide me an option for Zelle either through mobile banking or the full website.

I have problems entering data, it wont accept unless i skip ahead and then go back. I've learned to adapt.

App won't load so I am unable to use mobile banking. So frustrating! Update, app still won't load 3 weeks later.

Its nice when it works. I and my mom have had issues with this app currently evry time i open the app i just get a blank white screen but

I have had to redownload this app many times, just so I can log in to see my balance. Everytime after the first use post download, it will freeze on the login menu and wont allow me to click the username or password bar. Hell I can't even go to settings. In theory it's great to be able to check ur account balance from your phone....if you can login. Garbage application, with poor coding and maintanence. Honestly about at the point of swicthing banks.

This app use to work great; suddenly the online check deposit function is glitching. When taking the picture of your check it just holds that loading screen and won't continue onto the next. I've tried for the last week different times and restarting my phone/ app. Numerous times! Whats going on??? Please help- I work nights so it's hard for me to make it into the bank!! :( grrr

Have had continual problems with this app from day 1. Most of the time it won't even open. Have to find a pc to do my banking every time. So extremely frustrating!!!

It's not very easy to use. So far I haven't figured out how to do bill pay on my phone or if I can. I want to be abe to do all my banking on my phone quick and easy. I love the Bank of America app but I love First Federal as a bank. Update: I called and the bank fixed it. Still not great app but it will do.

Used to love the app and use it all the time. Now I cant even get it to open. It freezes right at the login page and when it works it wont let me set up the finger print log in.

Quick and easy to transfer between accounts. Complete from phone. No need for laptop or tablet. Thanks for having available.

Pretty smooth with minimal bugs. Certainly got better as the years have gone!

It's some helpful to have the mobile app for the apple fact that I can cash in my checks over the app itself. It's so cool that I call do it this way and not have to ride all three way across my town just to get a check turned in.

I like the fingerprint login, making it a quick process to access my banking. It runs smoothly, no unneeded design elements.

This is a fine app for a smaller Bank. The check deposit works well and it's not so complex of an app that you can't do what you want on it.

Well designed. But I do think it should have a way to retrieve passwords and username without having to call.

Works great for what I need. Some difficulties signing in a few times but they were quickly resolved.

I have banked with First Federal my entire life. It is user friendly and if there are any issues Online Support is quick to help, during business hours.

Will give higher rating and edit if service improves. App "experiences issues" and "encounters errors" more often than it actually works

Will not open on my Samsung Galaxy phone. When it did open, on my LG, could not do mobile deposits to savings account.

The app has worked well for me, with no problems. Been using it for many years.

Was working just fine, now it says to make sure I have the updated version?? There's multiple First Federal mobile apps, which one is the updated version ?? 2/5!!

Very good for several years. Deposit by mail, every thing is done in a timely maner.
