Great effort in providing services that meet the demands of this marketplace. It is important to get the security correctly in-place but also accurately record transactions. I find this above average on the whole. I believe some pictorial examples within the text regarding usage and endorsement would improve user understanding and compliance.
Sorry, buy the app is only as good as the customer service is of the financial institution. Every time I need something from this bank as a customer, the answer is always no. They can't/ wont/don't care about bank customers. The first think I'm going to do in the next month is get completely away from this worthless bank.
Plain. Simple. Nothing spectacular. Gets the job done. Would be cool to have instant notifications when my card is being charged instead of manually going into the app. And, you know, spice it up a little. Add a dark theme.
Never had a problem with this app. I've been able to view all my accounts, make transfers and use Bill Pay - the same as I am able to do from my laptop to the normal website.
I love using First online. I balance my checkbook with it and enjoy that it shows me all of my accounts in one place. Its easy to transfer money. I also like that it notifies me through email when large transactions are made.
The App is easy undestand and easy to read. The App is also an easy access to all my accounts without having to go to the bank, atm or calling the bank to find out the balance of my account
I love how easy it is to use and access my account. Still using this app every day. It's my go to checking on available money and when payouts come in and purchases have been made. Love it!!! This is May 12th,2022 and I am still loving this app. It's easy-to-use.
I've never really had an issue with the First Financial Bank app. Any time I did encounter an issue, all I had to do was call the main branch and it was immediately resolved. First Financial Bank is always super nice, friendly, and helpful when I call.
Makes banking so much easier don't have to go inside wait in line for the next teller. No more sitting in the drive thru again waiting in line. Just pull up the app push a button & done. So easy!
Issues with the deposit checking. Takes multiple attempts, loud and obnoxious. Very basic app, could use a better interface and ability to access more info about your account.
I'm not sure if I will keep this account active because I have been trying to login all day and it has been doing absolutely nothing plus I had a loan check I wanted to deposit and they said that they were unable to do so as soon as I can I'm probably going to close the account Plus I asked for information on how to go about getting information on getting a loan through First Financial and it's been 3 days since I done so and I still haven't received anything from them clearly they don't want
mobile check deposit camera is so weird. Almost as if the alignment view is zoomed and then it captures a zoomed out pic. Wasn't this way before last update.
Easy and straightforward to use. The mobile check deposit feature can be a little touchy, but is still convenient.
Always crashing or updating and unavailable or showing a prior balance when refreshed. I think their API is from 2009 or something.
recognition software is terrible Pictures have to be retaken many times. The time it takes to do a simple deposit is far tobtime consuming.
Able to do transfers and check balances in seconds. Add First's cardguard with the app and have full control of your accounts in seconds.
I used to think nobody's mobile banking app functioned as well as Wells Fargo's. Not so anymore. This is easy and functional, well designed as as good or better than any I've used in the past.
The only thing that bugs me is when it asks if I can clearly read "For Mobile Deposit Only" in it and takes me to the picture it's always taking me to the front of the check not the back where it's supposed to be!
The app works pretty well. Depositing a check isn't as easy as it should be. I have another account that the picture if my check is alot clearer than this app.
terrible check deposits. You have to write (for mobile deposit only First Financial Bank) on every check to cash them through mobile. Most people probably dont mind this, I however cash multiple for my business daily. There is a spot to mark on the back of checks you can mark for mobile banking already!
I live states away, but have never received discourteous service. I recall Maggie at Branch on Rt 41 going above & beyond to help me with my finances when I was attending college in Indiana. That was at least 14 years ago. Hope she is well!
Usually like the app. Change last night of looking at account transactions and now no date break- don't like the change.
Very easy to use. Depositing checks electronically is nice but tricky to get the right picture taken at times to accept.
Easy app to use overall. I would like to see the money management section more user friendly. I bank locally and this the second best bank app I have ever used.
This app makes checking account balances, transferring between accounts, and mobile banking chores simple and straightforward. Thanks, FF!
Works pretty well for checking my bank account before making irresponsible purchases. Sometimes later at night, it doesn't work.
Edited review Not too happy with latest update concerning layout. Previous layout was much more user-friendly. The transactions were separated by dates.Now all transactions are lumped together. It was a simple bold line separating dates but it ment a lot to me, please bring it back.
