First Financial Credit Union

I have excellent service whenever I have to do my monthly banking. The help are very professional and helpful to all my dealing with the credit union. I have had some experience in the past but I just took it with a grain of salt. I realize that Financial servicing the public can be nerve wrecking. But as a customers stand point I have had a pleasant service attended to my banking needs. I tried To go to another bank. I return to FCU. I. Should not had taken my business else where. Thank You

Works very well. The only annoyance is that it asks you to re-verify one of the pictures on every-single-check before you can finish the deposit.

I am usually ok the first time I try to deposit sometimes I have trouble with the background color.

One thing I like is that I can opt to have my password visible as I type. My other credit union doesn't allow that.

This bank app is really easy to use. I enjoy the fact that I can make payments easily for my credit card by transferring from checking to credit. I would highly recommend using this app !

I can not use the same login password on the Mobil app as the web site. I keep correcting my telephone number so I can access the forgot password but the website phone# is Never corrected. when they look it is correct on their end but not on web site. Dont know where the wrong # came from.

I really like the app it's easy to use. I check my balance, view transactions history and transfers.

Works well if you're familiar with the interface and comfortable inputting with a 2 x 2.5 inch virtual keyboard.

It is okay, but the deposit takes forever. Always ask you if you can read the date. Otherwise it is very handy.

I had a hard time setting up, but the phone rep, Hector, was awesome. Once signed in, the app was easy to navigate.

It took a few minutes to get it right - but nothing compared to having to drive to the nearest "sister" branch. I've been a member since the early 70s and I appreciate FFCU so much.

The FFCU app has continually improved based on customer input. Theber experience is comparable to any other CU or banking app out there.
