The app is very use friendly and allows quick and easy access to your accounts so you can bills, people, and quickly do much much more without needing to call or visit a location!

I miss being able to visit my bank branch since it was shut down. But this is the next best thing. Thanks 😊

NEVER WORKS WHEN U NEED IT

Just the worst.

Step up from the old app, but still clearly an app built on a small budget. Now facial & fingerprints recognition is available (if your phone supports it), along with PIN verification. However, the initial log-in screen should be a prompt to log in. Instead, you have to toggle to the log in tab first. Small things like this are the mark of a good UX designer

Using this app it seems fairly clear that someone at this credit union had their high school kid build this. I mean good experience for the kid but...not a great experience for users. The app is clearly a wrapper for their website, as every single page of the mobile app has a loading spinner, and it is SLOW. Mobile apps should not behave this way. The home page of the app is not what it should be. In a banking app I'd expect to be immediately met with a login screen, then be taken to my home screen that outlines my account. Here instead the home screen (after loading for forever) shows scrolling ads and has a button to become a member or apply for a loan....as if someone who wasn't already a member would download this app. So the home screen is actually useless, instead you have to click on "My Accounts", only then can you log in. After another insanely slow loading spinner the website shows up. This app is very poorly designed and executed. Just use their website. The app SHOULD be redesigned to cater to members, to be faster, and to have an overall better user experience. I guarantee the single 5 star review on here is by the developer or the credit union, not an actual user.

Won't open and just crashes after repeat download and uninstalls. Please help!

Well, in comparison to many Russian mobile banking applications (like the the Sberbank Online), this new application looks very basic. Actually this is the problem with most US banking solutions, they have pretty limited functionality even for large banks like the CitiBank. I hope things eventually will get better in US.
