The improvements are great.The additional security is annoying but necessary. Some features are better, but some are not users friendly,, such as transfers within 1stffcu account holders.. The major issue is the lose of pervious options, e.g. linking joint accounts, credit cards and loans so they are accessible to both joint account holders. If this is not re- installed. It will force us the make major and aggravating changes.
Not enough mobile banking options hopefully that's part of the update. App doesn't shut down properly you have to tap multiple times to exit or it will continue to run in the background even though you've logged out.
It is a simple fare to mid-grade banking application. Definitely does not give you all the abilities that most other Banks do. But it is okay. They are slow to upgrade and their coding is pretty bad but it is usable.
After finally getting biometric log in, it seems every month I have to put in a password and half the time I have to exit the app, go to the website to get asked a security question I never answered in the first place. I spend more time on the phone with customer service than on the app.
If you live paycheck-to-paycheck t do not use this Bank.They won't clear my paycheck for a few working days, that means I have to change all my payment schedules for all my bills or they will be late. Can't even go food shopping like always on the weekend I have to wait for the check to clear. Do not use this Bank!
They make you have two apps, and if you combine both of them, there is still zero features. This is banking stuck in 1999.
It works. Unfortunately, it breaks down often. Fortunately, I'm happy with my bank so I can overlook this a little. FFFCU really does need to step up their game when it comes to any online related services but I still am happy with them as a bank.
The bank is very good, but the app is a different story. It won't open and freezes all the time.
Finger print won't work. When I do a mobile check i have to write additional text on the check where there are no directions anywhere saying to so. Stupid policy binding technology and time.

I am not happy at all. I have been a customer over 25 years and I can't access my account, the app never works properly, on my phone, a desktop and/or laptop. This is frustrating.
Always a bit limited in usefulness, and since last week, keeps crashing.
Please upgrade it to look more professional and I would love to see details if I click on a transaction that I dont recognize! PLEASE REVAMP THE APP!!
Super easy to use. Gives me all the information I need at a touch of a finger. Great credit union. Very helpful. Quick to solve a problem if you have one.
Runs a notification 24/7 for no reason. Can't stay logged in. Forced 2fa is overkill. Doesn't even have my direct deposit on the app like every other bank.
If it goes ok then its great.....2 mos later......it is very good....best mobile banking i have used..better than in person unfortunately. Still working very well..... Working great....pleased so far.

This app used to be bad and it's given me troubles in the past, but after Uninstalling it and reinstalling it, it actually is pretty good.

This app is very easy to use. It's extremely helpful. Convenient for making transfers between accounts.
Bring back save-the-change feature. Institute 24 hour customer service or feature to gain online access after bank hours. Frustrating to wait through the weekend or the night if access is inadvertently suspended due to too many login attempts.
Best interface so far however fingerprint sign in would be a great update and that would change my 4 star rating to a 5 star...... Finally fingerprint sign in 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆
I wish it was free but being able to make a transfer to One account to the other account it's a good thing it helps me because I work late hours but like I said I wish it was a free but it is what it is
works as expected for an app. wish the credit card field displayed my purchase history like the debit card field did
App is not authenticating and validation for email recovery is not working since upgrade today.
Mobile deposit amounts are too low. App works fine though.

Keeps making you change your password. Really frustrating and tough to keep up with.
