First Financial FCU MD Mobile

The new auto focus feature is terrible. Maybe it is just my phone, but the app snaps a photo as soon as it recognizes a rectangular shape. photo is almost never in focus, have to force it to retake the picture 3-4 times before I submit. why can't you let me decide if the photo is usable?

Update: the newest update fixed the issue, and rhe app is functional again. The app was working great, but within the last two weeks it has stopped working properly. Now, everytime I try to log in it never gets past the log in screen. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Despite uninstall and reinstall, the app no longer works on my Android phone. I called FFFCU and their only advice was to update the app which did not work. They said some android users had trouble but there was no longer an issue. Yes, there is an issue.

WAS a great app until my Google phone did a system update and now I cannot log in. FFFCU says it's the phone's fault and my local Verizon store says it's FFFCU's fault. Regardless, does not work now and I'm super bummed because it was a great app when it worked.

I love FFFCU! This app works great! It's Mobile deposits feature, works better than commercialized banks! All my information is displayed neatly and easily accessible! I'd like to see the icon upgraded into a 3D image in the near future! FFFCU, keep up the good work!

the app is great but I wish they included the routing number and my check account number just like their browser page does on my debit account page. I wish their website offered export to Excel for my checking expense history so I could itemize my budget better.

it seems this app was disconnected before they posted the new app to the Play Store. which is really annoying bc I need to check my balance but when I login, it tells me to download the new app. I have no clue what the new app looks like or is called and I don't have time to call the back and figure this out 🙄😡

Getting a message that the app needs to be updated, but there is no update available in the app store. Will not let us in the old app. Technology is great when it works, today is an epic fail for the credit Union!

Though the new branch hours are not helpful for working people with long hours, the app is great. It was very nice to have one night a week when I could actually make it into a branch without taking leave from work.

I have been a member since the mid nineties. In all of that time they have only made one mistake regarding my bank statement. I went to a branch the next day and they quickly acknowledged and rectified the the error. Great customer service and security.

I have the same complaint as everyone other Android user. Why would a company discontinue a service without making the new service available to all customers? I rely on my banking app daily and the fact that I can no longer use mine, has me really disappointed. I don't have a choice to choose another banking app because I only use this bank. I wish I could use zero stars because there was nothing to even rate. Fix this problem!!!

The migration to the new app was poorly handled. The old app says "search first financial" on the app store, but there are tens of first financial app in the results. Why don't you just provide the right link or an image of the app?

The app is not so user friendly compared to other ones I use. I would like to be able to view all accounts with one log in, instead of having to use two or more different ones.

Very easy to use and convenient. The only problem is that you need a desktop to reset your password in order to access mobile. That should be an easier process.

I have only used the FF app for 2 months because I had to call 3 times to get the password to work successfully, however, now that its working I love it. Makes banking so much easier!

EDIT: Found the new app using the website. Thanks for the new app! App stopped working, says we need to download new app, which is not available. Looking forward to a new more functional app.

I've had to call customer service several times just to get in my app. Also I've had problems linking this account to a digital account.

I think this app needs to add your account number to the app so that you can have easy access to it. Other than that it's a very plain looking app that does what you need to do.

alot better than it used to be. but there is no way to get like real info. like account and routing numbers not sure if theres a reason for that but jiggity just sayin

Why prevent access to the old app when the new app isn't available. This is a major inconvenience with no access to my account!!!

This is an excellent app but I still have not been able to mobile deposit. Images of check don't upload properly.

Great App, but recently it has not allowed me to get past the log in screen. Would really love for this to be fixed as soon as possible.

I am unable to download the app and open it after purchasing a new android phone. I have tried calling for help and it is still not working.

I can't access the app. There's a prompt that tells you to the app need to be updated but, I don't see an update.

My app no longer works since the upgrades. It's really difficult to log in on line instead of on the app.

I really like FFFCU they have been very fair to me over the years. This institution gave me the opportunity to improve my credit worthiness when some others said no, or wanted to rob me with ridiculous interest rates. Carol at the Westminster branch has been kind, caring and professional. and for that I am grateful. I reccomend FFFCU for all of your financial needs.

app has recently stopped working. I can't get past sign in after years of no problems.
