UI could use a lot of work. Need option to make note on transfers. Keeps unchecking option for fingerprint login. Just a little glitchy. Oh and I wish they hadn't sold my mortgage to a national bank, instead of keeping it local.
I have called and called about getting my account password fixed because it keeps giving me a message saying that my information is incorrect and I have to call a number to fix it. This number only works on business days and I can't check my account because they keep changing my password and locking me out. I am tired of fixing it.
Love this App. Easy to use and understand. Been banking with FHB for years. Great bank. Thank you. Edit.. I cant transfer funds now. Theres no transfer funds button, it dissapeared. Very frustrating.
App won't open at all. Displays message... App keeps stopping. Keeps stopping. I have never rated this app. I'm unsure why my name is associated with this rating.
I'm trying to set up digital so I can check my balance, what deposits were posted and any outstanding checks/electronic payment, etc.,!
Was working fine until my phone updated. Now it won't even open. The app force closes immediately. Very frustrating.
tried to upload your app there was nothing wrong with the one before took 45 minutes to load got to 100% then it tells me it can't download it why can't they leave well enough alone.
Was really happy with this app but now not working. My wifes phone updated to the new butler but mine still hasnt and I need to be able to check my funds. Every weekend this app gpes down and thats when i work.
It is a great app, makes for easy use. it wouldn't let me log in for a while but it updated and has worked ever since. Great app!
This app helps me see my accounts while I am off at college. It is speedy, and has an amazing security system!
very helpful in checking to make sure all debit an credits are logged into my check book. also helpful checking to see if a check has cleared yet.
i love it...its so easy..quick and simplified...just transfered money into my savings from my phone in 10 seconds..love it!!!!!
Everything was fine until I had to do a wire transfer. I've looked all online on how to do it, and it seems impossible for me, and I can't find where to do it in my app. Is there any chance you guys can help me with this???
Always down or under repair. When the app is able to run it works well.
takes up to 5 minutes to load most of the time.... but when its working correctly i love it and super convenient

App will not open, it keeps saying there was an error
App used to work okay. Several times a week it would not come up at all... Then my phone had an update and it stopped working completely. "FHB keeps stopping". They need to upgrade it and fix the bugs for those of us with newer phones. The app has become obsolete.
