Do not go with this financial if you have a choice. We posted 4 different payment none was applied to the loan, nothing was sent to our bank and we were charged NSF when we have the money to pay the loan. Elmer, it is one of the managers at this location at MA. Did not listen to us and we requested to waived the NSF since nothing was posted to the bank. We keep getting interest on the loan when I received a Thank you letter for paying off the account. We still have the same issue. Worst ever

I'm new users
NEVER AGAIN I will use this app to make any payment. I was double charged and they don't know where is money even though I proved with my bank statement that it happened. I just lost 120 dollars and I had to pay overdraft fee... Frustrating!
