To use the First Heritage FCU app, you must be enrolled as a First Heritage FCU Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

So easy to use and keep track of finances. Just miss the check cashing option
Dont like the fact you have to open every single transaction to what the charge is for. Not user friendly.
This app is not an update to the old app. It is a completely new app. The old app will remain on your phone which means password, finger print login, and payees for bill pay will all have to be redone for this app. When I tried to look at payee list the app says no payees, but can't find anywhere to set up my payees for bill pay. I set up a new password for login, the old app won't except it and now I am unable to use either app. My account is locked. I have to contact the credit union to unlock
Very useful, I use it most days. Can keep track of all my accounts and my car loan in one place and easily transfer money between them. Only issue I have is sometimes the mobile deposit is very fussy about lighting and if you have a non-standard check (weird sized or poorly printed), forget about it.
ok. Does ok but every time I open the app a message pops up saying a newer version is available (which is the one I am already using!!) and you end up having to go to the play store to open the app. Very frustrating! Should be fixed ASAP. Big time waster. There also isn't any log out in the new app.
I have had this app for 2 years, maybe longer, and have experienced one minor issue which resulted in deleting the app and reinstalling it to correct the error. I recommend it 100%.
Every time I try to log in it tells me there is a new version available to download, so I have to go to the game store every time, click the download button which isdownloading nothing, and then log in. The mobile deposit doesn't exist. This is the worst banking app I have ever encountered.
Love the dashboard system, makes it easy to do a quick look over when checking the accounts. Also love being able to deposit a check to which ever account by just snapping a picture!
Mobile deposit doesnt work correctly. Last 2 deposits wouldn't go through. The app changes the dollar amount for some reason. The first time I thought maybe it was me. Turns out it's not.
Good clean app. Easy to use but not when it comes to the depositing checks. the front will take the picture perfect but the back is always burry and don't ever work for me.
This app does the job. It would be helpful to have the phone light come on to illuminate the check when taking the picture. It would also be better if we could write on the back of the check FHFCU Mobile Deposit instead of First Heritage Mobile Deposit. It can be hard to fit all the writing on the back of the check.

Clean and straight forward interface. Some things could be improved for convenience, such as transactions showing the change in balance

Works well enough but to set up bill payment and do almost anything else can be confusing and half the time you need to call the bank anyhow. :(
Very easy to open, super easy to deposit checks, transfer funds to another account. Very user friendly! Love it!
For some time everytime I try to look up my accounts it tells me that there is an upgrade and would ask me or install this new update. I have did it many times because I could seem to get past it. Maybe I just wasn't getting it. Also, I do not like that it does not allow me to log out when I am through.
I have alot of problems with lag it may it may not be my phone. Also when trying to deposit checks it takes forever most of the time it doesnt go through untilthe 3rd or 4th try
Very easy and convenient to see everything I need to all in one place. I can pay all my bills without going leaving home.

A bit wonky depositing checks. Here's a hint, write "First Heritage Mobile Deposit " all on one line. Otherwise your attempts to do a mobile deposit will be thwarted. Otherwise, pretty functional
slower. used to automatic take pictures of check.old one was easier to get in.
Very often says to retry depositing your check because you must first indore it first heritages moble deposit which it is. Very frustrating.
Awful to navigate now. It's slow and can never read or find endorsements on back of the check.
Very simple to use.
App works great so far. Took a little help at 1st to get things set up, but if great.
Update Dec. 2021- remote deposit isn't working. Can't deposit my check because it says mobile deposit only on the back of the check and the App isn't working. Works pretty good! I sometimes have issues with scheduled transfers not going on the scheduled day, but other than that, it's very user friendly.
