It works but the check recognition is poor. If you put check in box the resulting photo shrinks and is too small for it to read. If you make check outside of box when taking picture there is no way to know how much it will shrink and if it will actually fit until after you take the photo
works fine overall, but mobile check deposits are slower (by a lot) than my other bank's app. Also fingerprint ID only seems to work once, then you have to always enter your password.
Generally good. But the past little while, attempting to take a photo of a check to deposit has crashed the app. Since this is (for me) a primary reason to use the app, I'm finding it to be a problem.
When scanning checks, it is annoying that there is no way or option to suppress the voice that explains what is going on. This should be a quiet wriiten explanation with the option to hear the words if desired.
Terrible app, it took me over an hr to take pictures that app will accept it. I must took over 30 pictures before the app accept it. It is the worst app from all the banks I have deal with. Just terrible. Sometime I feel like running to the bank to deposit a check is much faster
Super efficient, get in take care of my business and get out. Feel very secure using it. Hardly ever log into the main account on the computer now.
Mobile deposit takes several minutes to "think" before accepting the picture. If I don't touch the greyed out screen every so often my phone sleeps and the deposit does not go through.
Deposit picture taking doesn't work well. When app says look at picture you can't see it well to verify. Other bank apps work better.
Has been with the bank for a long time. Good bank, good service and good application. Appreciate fingerprint sensor login.

Mobile deposits don't work very well, but then again, neither do the deposits on their website.

Pretty easy to use. I wish I were reminded to write "For Mobile Deposit" on the back of paper checks earlier then after I'm asked to take the picture of the back of the check. I mean, it's easy to forget 'cos who writes paper checks any more, amirite?
