This app is very easy to use and is more helpful than most banking apps. I have a checking account and when I buy an item, it would show up in that account as pending. What I like about it, is that what is pending is already taken out of my available balance total. It makes calculating things much easier for me.

Great when it works, but it rarely works. Bank said it was a problem from an update and hoped to have it fixed by end of the day. Into the next week and it still doesn't work. So much for checking my balance and mobile deposits. I hope this is temporary and we get a working app soon.

Regularly tells me there is an error and that I need to call an 800 number for assistance. In credit area, you can mark that you've read the new items over and over yet within a few days it shows that there are "new" items. It's horrible!

I really like that I have the ability to access my accounts. The only thing that upsets me is if you do a deposit on a weekend and also had checks coming through on Monday they take off the checks before adding the deposit which in return you get an over draft charge. you can argue until you're blue in the face and their info is different then what's you have on site in front of you. It has happened to me several times which by all means is NOT right.

Cant access credit card info. Always running in the background after use but it will let you know that. Really want access to my CC info on here tho (balance, points, etc). Edit: the app crashes frequently

App crashes everytime I try to log in. It won't even let me put my user id a close app will automatically pops up. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalled it, but it's still doing the same thing.

Usually works, but lately been running into issues where I can't click into my accounts or click transfers or really anything. Just shows the initial screen.

App frequently crashes before the login screen even pops up and gives me an error preventing me from actually looking at my bank accounts. It's incredibly inconvenient.

I've been using this app for 4 or 5 years now and don't think I've ever had an issue viewing my balances, depositing/transferring, or analyzing my credit score

thanks for finally allowing mobile deposits with ease. This app still isn't compatible with other apps, such as Acorns, although it once was.

Great app, saves a lot of driving to physical bank, as it is 45 miles away. Transfers are easy, mobile deposit works 90% of the time (often I try again in a few hours and it accepts deposit).

Love this app use it all the time. Great for a quick balance check & making transfers. Love the new credit score part of the app.

Most days it takes hours to get this app to open. Even if you save your info, you have to reenter it multiple times to get it to login to see your balance.

I've had this app for years and it's been great. It's gets more versatile and user friendly with every upgrade.

Easy to use. Could u now features though. You can only get full features on a computer.

I love this app! The chat feature works great. My only suggestion is to improve the add a contact process in the Payments portion.

simple and effective. verses other bank apps I've used this ones negative is you can't see your full account number add one more security check and id be good.

Really easy to set up and use. As with everything else with FIBT, I have had a great experience.

Good! Just wish we could make FIBT credit card payments through the app. I use the mobile deposit feature a lot.

After recent update app keeps crashing on start up. Older version worked good and I loved depositing checks online.

App has trouble loading often. Other than that it does exactly what I would expect a banking app to do.

We're new to this Banking Institution & the area itself & was looking for a Bank close to home . We came into this Bank to establish an account & it was so pleasant to open an account. Kate who helped us ; was extremely thorough & went step by step & made it easy for us to understand everything & even set up our stuffs for using the mobile banking app ! Would recommend this Banking Institution to our friends & neighbors! Thank You

I work for the bank so keep that in mind. But out of all the bank app I have used this is the easiest to understand and use!

This used to be a good app. But recently it crashes on launch every time

The app keeps on crashing not letting me log in always saying check your connection when I have perfect connection
