Amazing app, wonderful features, no adds, very user friendly! This app is like 10 apps in one! With this app and their online banking, you can do everything you'd do in a bank on your phone. 10/10
This app does not allow you to make your auto loan payment unless you have a checking account with them. Hopefully that'll change like everybody else
Haven't been able to log in for a while, have to do my banking through a web browser. When I try to sign in the icon only spins.
After several months of not being able to use the app, they've finally fixed it. App is great when it works.
The app decides when to take the picture of a check when depositing however on several occasions i get a call from first knox a few days after saying the pic is to blurry. Dont tear up your checks for a few days
Can never get on. Always some type of issue with this bank.

The app doesnt like to log in hardly ever, maybe 10% of the time it will actually work. Would have rather they let me continue to use the app from my branch rather then this nonfunctional one. New version, same problem. Try to log in and usually it just sits and spins and spins. Only way to do online banking is through the website it seems. Never had this problem using the farmers and savings app.
Redoing my review after the 5/9/18 update. The app is brilliant now. The flaws from earlier editions are improved and it is now working perfectly with my phone. Thank you, thank you, thank you 😎 so happy with it now.
Hasn't worked since the update on 5/9 - won't even open now. Before update it was perfect - never had a problem and was very easy to use.
Continuously errors out. Says there is no network connection. This is frustrating! Have to constantly uninstall and reinstall to eventually get it to open.
It works ok the camera kicks out the app when trying to do a deposit. FIx please!!!

I understand the need to be secure, but this app is over the top annoying, when it, for example, logs me out of the app if I plug my phone in while using the app. The mobile deposit feature would be nice if the camera would focus, but I did find out that if I use my wife's vanity lights that are equal to the power of 2 suns that I could finally get it to work. Overall the app seems clunky and incapable.
I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy S5, neither will focus on a check. Other banking Apps work fine.
Worked great for a long time, now it says there is a system error and to call customer service.
it worked for about a week. now I can't even log in. Just tells me to call customer service or contact my bank. done both with no success, I'm uninstalling. don't waist your time people.
App is alway errors out while doing transactions
Just needs some minor work. It allows me to deposit checks and transfer money without stepping foot in a bank.
I use it all the time and only have a problem every once in a while. Good app.
Getting really tiered of the system error. I can't even log in to my account witch is super bad because this is one of my most important apps. Going to try to uninstall and reinstall for the 5th time.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and it still will not work!!! I also already went to my branch a couple weeks ago, and they said it should be ok and they were working on it but it STILL WILL NOT WORK!! So UNINSTALLING!!!!
OMG THIS APP IS SO FRUSTRATING PLZ FIX IT I have to click on the app anywhere from 3 to 10 X to get it to open we love having this convenience so we would love if it gets fixed.Ok I just don't understand why this app ain't fixed or took off of the play store IT IS THE WORST! !!!!'!'
Was working fine until the new lollipop update now the screen will not open or is just solid black please update ASAP...
Keeps having major problems depositing checks ...This app sucks so much I'm wondering if there's any other application out there that works for the same bank almost every time I try to deposit a check it just closes please fix asap!

very upset!!! I got a new phone and when I downloaded the app I no can not get logged on!! it has always worked for me in the past on my old phone. then I read the reviews and this seems to be a HUGE problem!! what makes it worse is people have been complaining for months and months about this issue and nothing is being done!! that is rediculas!! I rely on this app excessively as I am sure many of other customers. THANK YOU FOR THE UPDATE TO THE APP! IT WORKS GREAT NOW!
