I've been using the app for 3 weeks and this is some problem I faced. First, when you exit the app suddenly while watching, your account is automatically logged out. So you have to press back until you close the app to not encounter this bug. Second, like 99% complaint that you ignored, the aspect ratio of the video is stretched and so uncomfortable to watch. Third, you can't set quality whatsoever. Just watch and that's it.
After downloaded the new version...it takes sometime to get the picture when selecting a channel. It used to be fast before. Does it use more bandwidth now than before? It also doesn't let you watch vertically for preview. Please fine tune for the picture to show up faster.
Streaming was ok on a fast wifi but on 4G is almost always failed. It should have a setting to stream with lower quality for people who are on 4G network. It should also have option to "favorite" channels. Now I have to scroll up and down every time I look for a channel. The TV guide however is useful which gives you timeline of shows playing.
This app has several problem. 1. Doen't matter if i use wifi or mobile data, the app keeps telling "connection error" all the time 2. There's no video quality setting. the quality keep changing for an entire movie 3. No episode infomation. At least tell us what season and episode we're watching. 4. Can you please make a fullscreen for a phone with 18 or 19:9 aspect ratio?
The UI is so boring and old-school, the UX isn't effective at all. And please for God's sake do not stretch the video stream on devices with wider screen aspect ratio (more than 16:9), it's so annoying to watch! Maybe you guys may wanna consider to redesign the app.
Unable to reopen the apps. It's only work once, after install. Tried to close it first in the background, but still. It doesn't work. The poor thing is, solution is not available. As the respond given was only template answer. Which not giving any solution. Bad apps with terrible IT support
I uses a phone with 18:9 / 2:1 screen ratio. Everything looks streched with the new update. It wasn't like this before. Come on FM, I pay to use this apps. So disappointing to watch sports events in streched. Please fix it right away.
The cable tv is okay, I've been used this provider for 7 years, but recently the internet speed were worse, even sometimes with no internet. Firstmedia use share speed on 1 hub spot, on the paper I will get 1 Mbps but the real speed is only 10-300 Kbps, so the advertisement is a lie to attract customers. I gave you another star for your cable tv. Now I got new provider which much better on the speed.
I've been using almost 2 weeks. So far I enjoyed, the apps is user friendly since first time downloaded. UI are simple & clean. Very usefull since First Media don't have playback feature compare other provider. Mostly you can watch all channels depend on subscribe. Streaming need more option for HD. Keep it up First Media. Thanks
Please add support for non 16:9 screen (18:9 etc). The screen is stretched, making ALL the videos look horrible. I'm not mobile app dev, but does adding "keep aspect ratio" function that hard? All of the videos are 16:9, right? They asked me to contact the dev through email. I did. And what I got? A single sentence that only said : "The app just works like that". Seriously?
For the past 2 days not able to use app anymore, always network error. Doesn't matter mobile data or wifi at home. Clearing cache, uninstalled, restart phone install again - same problem persists. After another restart app is working again.
It was all good til yesterday, it was airing the show differs from the list. And today it started to getting worse, network error keeps popping though the network is stable. Please fix it, thank you.
Working as expected. Cable TV on the go. Video is proportionally displayed on mobile phone screen. "Guide" feature is great! Keep up the good work 👍
This app is really really bad for a paid service. Please don't automatic activate the screen rotation when playing your content. Please change the interface because it just so bad for 2019. And remember, WE PAY FOR IT.
What's this app!? Since becoming new subs 15/02/2020, can't pair to STB reason "No STB detected. Do you want to search again?" Internet full covered using wifi from the router. Called the customer service no solution at all, even didn't understand what I'm complaining, yet on the bill, WE had to pay Rp 10rb /month for this service that have no use at all. 1 star is too many, I'd say. Now I have to unistall and still gonna paid subscription fee per month.
App runs smooth and great. Never miss my favorite show with this. Kudos to the developer! Error 103 everytime I try to login. Uninstalling and installing again fixed it for me.
Just one time use application, really annoying app. Once you turn the phone off, next time wanna use it, it will halt and you must uninstall then reinstall again. So annoying. Please fix this app, we paid for the service.
I think it is quite usefull. Worked properly. But I don't understand Pair STB icon here. Maybe FM should explain supported device (STB) on the apps and add tutorial.
The 'new look' (update?) is terrible. It hangs all the time on my Android (Samsung Galaxy A50). It doesn't even load at all. I've done uninstalling & re-installing but same problem occurs. Please fix it immediately.
Can't open the apps anymore despite good internet connection. Doesn't even loading completely. The page doesn't even loading how can I entered password. NONE of your suggestion work.
Unusable for more than one month without any explanation from FirstMedia. I did what admin suggested. No change. I also see some other similar complain and see no resolution yet. I used FM internet, latest android FW and repeatedly restarted my phone just fyi
Really disappointed, when I open application always mention check your network and setting Internet it means can't work! Please solve to make better application.
A lot of bugs.. system hang all the time .. when uninstall dan install again working properly but when the program close.. and open again.. hang again need uninstall and install again. Suggest need to repair the program
After update to latest version, I experienced the endless loading spin when tried to watch catch up & live TV. Please fix this!!
Can't access any content, it keeps saying "network connection error". Guess what? I'm using your app with YOUR own internet connection! Fix this goddamn problem!
Update app on 6 july 2020 was degrading quality of video.. on my phone redmi note 7 xiaomi.. when playing the movies.. became fullscreen but not proportional (movie frame stretching)
Hey, im from malaysia is this app only available in indonesia? Because everytime it just loading and showing check your connection. But my wifi in unlimited and working really goid for other apps. Can someone help me pls?
This app is not perfect. But more stable than the tv version. Some TV channel are missing. Conmection is good. The TV version is more and more like a piece of garbage for a subscription based.Going blank in the middle of the show. Going blank when turn it on. Needs a lot of restart. Frequent unresponsive OSD. And so on . So I use this app more than the garbage TV version. Which is sad.
