For over a year now, this app has falsely claimed that my popular Samsung Galaxy phone is rooted and refuses to function in any capacity. I contacted the developer of the app and called customer service and never received any real response and was just told this isn't happening. This bank is shockingly incompetent.
Entering the password is not easy as the app often quickly changes caps & small letters etc. The tech support tho was helpful.
App resets too often and is not as advanced as other banking apps... Also the app reads $1k more than what's actually available and is very misleading.
Every few months when I try to log in, it tells me my username or company I.D doesn't match and I have to create yet another password. I must have created about 6 different passwords since I've had the app in 2018.
Does what it needs to do well, and mobile depositing is the best feature.
No fingerprint password bypass. Otherwise it's a great app
We have never experienced the level of incompetence with a bank that we have experienced with First Midwest Bank. Besides the cultural hostility we experienced with setting up our business account here (despite all the inclusive imagery), our business is suffering from First Midwest Bank's lack of technological competence. For example, this app falsely claims that devices are rooted and refuses to function in any capacity. We contacted the developer of the app and never received any response.
Once the steps were figured out fairly easy to use.
I think the mobile app is better/easier to use than online
I have a business account here and the app makes things easy for a non tech savvy guy like me.
This app doesn't allow you to do half the things other banks allow you to do. Zelle on a business account being one thing.
Really clunky comparing to many other banking apps I used.
There seems to be a bug in the camera for deposits

Needed to call First Midwest to get help and they were wonderful.I didnt realize my email address was case sensitive.

Very difficult to log on, lot of errors, waste of time.
Hard to log in..but works fine once your in.
All you can do is look at balances. The bank is 10 yrs behind other banks in terms of technology.
No phone verification option ,can't sign into the app. Our business phone numbers don't support texting but that's the only sign in method they support in app. On the website I can choose the phone call method but not on here. This renders the app 100% useless for me because I can never sign into my account.
