Honestly my only main problem with the app is that it doesn't always remember the settings of my account name and password. Which is especially annoying when I have other accessibilities turned on but it turns them off or won't keep the options saved so I have to do a big to do to log back in and set it all up again. I can understand if I didn't use the app often but I use it almost daily. It gets very frustrating. But other than that, the app is good and easy to navigate.

The app no longer lets me sign in! Even though I am getting the verification code right (three times now) the error message says: "Sign In Unsuccessful, Microsoft Internet Explorer NO LONGER SUPPORTED FOR Online Banking". But I'm not in a browser (I use Chrome anyway), I'm just in the app? Very frustrating, hope they fix this soon!

This app is completely useless, pass code doesn't work. I have to completely login and verify ever time and that doesn't work now. Called online banking and still have the same issues after reinstalling and restarting phone.

Fingerprint hasn't worked in over a year. Real pain when you have to enter an intentionally complicated password. Everything else works great, but I can't look past this

From easy to use to useless. I can't even login to the app for the last 3 weeks since the policy accept button is not working. The few times I have been able to bypass the accept button and enter my login info the continue button is not activated. If sent emails to the developer but the only thing I hear are crickets. Way to go support. Time to change banks??

I dislike this app to the point of considering ending business with First Midwest. It's the little things: putting the next button so high up on the screen, not allowing me to keep my caps lock on when entering my password, or the (ongoing) fingerprint problem. Programming is hard, but you're a bank, you have the resources to do better.

I'm super frustrated with the login screen. For months the fingerprint login ran without a glitch. Now I have to keep uninstalling/reinstalling the app, typing in my info, get a code, blah blah blah and it MIGHT work 2-3 times on fingerprint. The other features like deposits, transfers, and whatnot work well once access is granted. ETA: It's now 01-13-22. Same issue. Local branch person said my phone is too old. Really? Phone is 2 years old. All other banking apps work fine. 🤷🏻

The app is generally fine, it's gotten better over the years with more controls and options. I don't understand why you can't do scheduled transfers in-app but oh well. Like i said... generally fine. As long as you can get it to open. When i download it, i can use it maybe once or twice before it breaks. Now when i open it, it just opens to a blank white screen every time. Delete it, re-download it, use it once, white screen.

The network to access my account is very unstable. Most of the time it works but I have gone through some very frustrating experiences when it comes to this app. I also recommend getting with the program and using fingerprint biometrics as a security option instead of the pin although the pin number was a nice update it was too little too late. I'm already passed that and on to the next best and easiest option for myself. Other than that it is fairly simple and gets the job done.

Seems like this app has been getting worse over the past year. Not a lot of functions to begin with, but it worked. Now, it is difficult to stay logged in, and often I get error messages preventing any access at all. The removal of Zelle may not be fault of the app, but missed nonetheless. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it on a few occasions hoping to get the bugs out, but it still wont allow for access without security codes and reentry of ID and passwords despite setting up pin entry. :(

This app is absolutely Horrible! It is constantly crashing, having server problems, and losing my login info. I spent 40 minutes trying to deposit a check, and had to start over and re-enter my login about a dozen times. Even when I finally got to the point where I could take pics of the check, the process couldn't complete. Incredibly frustrating, a complete waste of time. I recommend changing banks altogether!

Not bad, definitely an improvement from previous versions. Interface between zelle is kind of a pain, would benefit I being more seemless. Possibly the inclusion of biometrics for security instead of imputing pins would go a long way in streamlining different processes in the app. Considering when I set up the pin for ease of access it almost immediately ends up signing me out causing me to sign in with my username and password again.

When the app allows me to log in, it does work as intended. Seems to fail to authenticate often. I can't recall having this issue with my other bank. I also ding the score due to a lack of fingerprint security. Tired of typing passcodes and passwords when a fingerprint will do. If I had easier access to the old bank (I moved), I'd switch my banking back because of this app. No issue at all with First Midwest services as a whole.

I appreciate having the capability of on line banking, so much easier than waiting for a monthly statement! I worked for banks for many years, and this ability to see transactions whenever I want (almost whenever 😉) is almost like when I still worked at the bank! Anyone who has a VPN just needs to turn off the VPV if there is a problem with downloading, that works. Of course, then remember to turn the VPN back on!

Okay, but weirdly dated for a "new" version. No integration with Android biometrics only a pin. When typing the password in using a password manager the auto fill doesn't make the continue button activate so you have to type and delete a character to activate. The Zell interface is simple, but too simple. I had a weird limit on sending money, that was because I had verified my phone number but not my email, but nothing in the app explained this

I'm considering changing banks after many years(27). This app is suppose to make it easy re: Bill paying, etc. Just installed and uninstalled for the umpteenth time! Since that first review in 2018, this app has been working fine. I'm happy to report good new! UPDATE: 8/2/2021 I like the change/ update this year. Nice big letters and numbers. Very easy to move around and do your changes! Thank you First Midwest.

So, after MANY reviews complaining that this app has major issues with customers needing to authenticate, unable to use passcodes, fingerprints, making us completely uninstall and reinstall, etc., etc., Y'all still haven't fixed the issue cause here's one more. Passcode no longer works. I constantly have to re-enter. Am being told my info is wrong, I'm super frustrated. Keep ignoring us though. That's genius business practice. I'm just gonna change banks. That's genuis customer practice. Byeeee!

Not to good. The app stops allowing fingerprint access after 1 week to 3 months, than started doing it daily so I went with a 4 digest password but same problem eventually happens and I'm forced to enter login ID with I don't always remember (always when I'm not at home to look)and my password than a verification code sent to my phone, Yes I want it secure but all my other credit card or banking apps work fine remembering my login. I've been hoping for alfix for more than a year(not happening)

Having same problem mentioned in other reviews. It is FRUSTRATING to have to constantly enter all your credentials because the app seems to forget them. It doesn't save your setting preferences and it wants to re-enroll you all the time.

After a few days of normal use, the app bugs up and requires login authentication every time. This makes using the app a pain. Uninstalling and reinstalling fixes it for a few days but like clockwork it forces login authentication again. This has been going on for months and has been reported by many users but there is no fix in sight.

Authentication is required every time no matter what quick access you use. Truly a terrible user experience. I'm not sure why it's taking so long to fix it. It's a fairly straightforward functionality to implement seeing as nearly every other bank/finance app can do it.

Used to be a great app. Last 2 months does not save my easy log in whether finger print or pass code. Have to set up every week. And now, says I should be able to log in with finger print, but won't let me. Switch to pass code, and same issue. If I wanted to enter my info every time, I would not use the easy log in....

Helpful to check my balance, make sure payments have cleared, and transfer money to and from my savings account. Unfortunately the app itself is EXTREMELY outdated, rarely saves my login information, and decides that it needs authentication once a week at least.

Not Android friendly. To many glitches, doesn't let you login without an issue. Some parts of the interface won't allow you to see full screen. Yes, I've removed it and reinstalled.
