App won't open! I need to be able to control and move my money but I can't do anything with it now. It closes instantly everytime it's opened 😥
App won't open. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still won't open. Very frustrating!
It normally works great but hasn't worked at all the last few days! So very frustrating!!
The app has a lot of glitches when opening. I changed my rating to a 1 star, if possible I would give a negative star! It's not just the app with the problems anymore either. I'm definitely switching!
The app was working perfectly fine. Now it comes up as a white screen with the app symbol in the middle of it and immediately crashes. Uninstalled and reinstalled, and the same thing happens.

This app is soooo slow! Doesn't give you access to your whole account info. Probably worst app I've ever had!!!
Was good now not. After an update now it won't even open.🤦♀️ guess it's time to goto another bank. Not excited about having to go all the way to a bank every time to check my account. Update...ok. it's been weeks now. When will the app be fixed? I'm contemplating changing banks because this keeps happening...

App is junk. You only have access to 30 days worth of information. If all you want to do is check your balance or do a mobile deposit it's fine, otherwise it's practically useless. With the new software update on my phone, I can't even get the app to open.
Not cool! I open the app & it closes back instantly! Someone PLEASE fix this!!

What happened 1st Nat. Good app turned to trash. White screen with logo in the middle ain't cool. I don't want to travel 30 mins to deposit a check. Please fix this.
The app crashes after doing an Android update on Nov 29 on my Samsung S21. No problem with any other apps. Emailed the developer asked them to fix please.
I enjoy this application because it allows me to move money from one account to another when i need to, and i can always check to find out how much money i have in my accounts . This app makes life so much easier! I absoultly Love it !!!

Was a perfectly fine app until about a week ago. Now when I open it immediately crashes... I'ma have to give this app a very low rating
App is not user friendly, so simplistic that it is pretty useless, if you just want to see your balance this app works but if you want to do online banking this app does nothing. Same as their website.
The app would not come up after an update. It is often shut down at night and there is no support after 5pm. It does not give a history beyond a month. It is pretty bad.
A great app. Allows me to do all of my banking through the app. Allows me to set mileage limits on card transactions, and temporarily block transactions.

Every thing works well except deposits. My pictures of check to be deposited are never acceptable. I gave up trying.
The app stopped working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still will not operate. The bank logo is not even showing up just a blank screen.
