I have install every time I want into my account. The last 2 times it take 3 or more tries to get in. Update keeps popping up. This has been going on for a very long time. I have uninstalled the app and it still does the same thing. To say it's irritating is mild.

Well this app was great until First National Bank of Omaha decided to reinvent the wheel and update their app but not the Illinois app. And didn't get an email or phone call about any updates until I couldn't log in. Thanks FNB!

This app is all fine and dandy until you attempt to deposit a check with it. To do this, you must take a clear photo of the front and back of the check. The front photo camera always works smoothly but as soon as you attempt to take the back photo, the camera gets blurry and because you can't take a clear photo of the back, you will not be able to deposit your check and will be forced to physically go to the bank. This needs to be fixed or the deposit option must be removed. Do not seemingly give your users a convenience only for it to be buggy and infuriating to use

Be careful when paying your FNB credit card. You must have funds in your FNB checking account because that's all it allows you to pay with. I've put in my credit unions routing and account number and it still used my FNB account, which isn't my primary account, and they've charged me with multiple overdraft fees and eventually a late fee for me credit card account. They've waived one fee and other than that they expect me to still pay for a glitch that they're responsible for. Stay away.

This app is usually wonderful, for the last week I have been unable to access my account via the app. They keep saying the problem will be fixed but it has now been a week since the problem arose. Because of this, I would not recommend it.

App is good as long as you don't have a business account. App will take you to browser, which makes the app useless for any business account.
