When I had access to the app, it was great. Unfortunately, I am no longer able to log in. In receiving the error message "Access to your account is currently unavailable. We are working to restore access as soon as possible and apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your patience." Turns out customer service is "working to restore access" by suggesting that I reinstall the app and enter my password correctly. If that were the issue it would have been fixed weeks ago. Disappointed.
It's great. I can check my account whenever I need to. Don't need to waste time making phone calls or ATM visits to check when my direct deposit comes each week either cuz it'll notify me.
I love this app because I can make mobile deposits however taking the pictures of front/back of check is frustrating as I can't get rid of the shadows above the check no matter how bright the light which means most of the time I have to redo the the pictures multiple times to get it to take.
The app is a lot easier to use then the website for the bank.
Streamlined & easy to use!
Everytimw I tru to log in. It says my user or pass is incorrct. Even the teller camt get me to log In.
I've been wait a long time for this...I can pay bills, check recent transactions... its great!
Was a fan, but recently can't seem to make transfers between accounts without typing in the full number. It used to be in a drop down menu, what happened....?
