Worst Bank EVER. Cash transactions, checks and even if wire money to here, it will now be accessable for quite some time, up to two weeks! The "services" offered here are a big fat middle finger to YOU. I do admit, this new app is an upgrade from the last one. But the services are still terrible and THE LEAST CONVIENANT. Do not use this bank.
Use it daily. Security code has to be sent each time for me to log in, but extra security is fine with me and I bypass it by using a fingerprint to log in. App is user-friendly and straightforward.
Easy to use, convenient record
Hate the check deposit. Doesn't work most of the time.
So frustrating using this app. The app is easy to navigate (when it actually works) but definitely do not feel comfortable using a banking app that has so many glitches.
I can not login on this app. I can login on the web browser/site but using exact same credentials I get an error message in the app. Fix this! Its 2020 everyone should have an easy to use banking app!
This app wouldnt let me login and that was a long time ago so I finally removed it from my phone but I want try to reset the login. If I can do that without driving to the bank I will give a good rating otherwise not.
this is a very good bank cuz I go through it it helps it helps you look your financially and how much money you have in your account I give this a rating for anybody with 5%, because it's awesome I have no problem so far appreciate you having a customer service if you have any problems with it you need to get a hold of customer service on the phone
Every time I try to put in Mobile Banking deposit stuff it constantly kicks me out and refuses to let me do it. This is the first time that it has ever done that to me. Very frustrating. Fix this....
This app makes bill paying, check deposits, and transfers so easy. Saves a lot of trips to the bank.
Mostly good. Recent change to app makes difficult to copy/paste userid then password. App clears out userid when go to other page to copy password. Recently started not working.
They has messed up every body's app knowing everybody don't have a Apple phone,if I can't download the app at first,the first convenient app,I can't stay at this bank,I can't access a app for my phone,then they send you to bitly something so weird,
It's an absolute pain! I cam log into the website but the app keeps telling me my login credentials are wrong! Can even use it.
Now this is a bank doesn't offer very many services but offers the best for its customers Free banking if you're a senior it is one of the best banks considerations for people who want to put their money in a place where they can use their card and have money in the bank I want to thank you folks it's the best if you're a senior and you want your money where you can get it for free
I like that I see my amount and transfer when I need too.

Great app. It lets you look at your totals without having to go through the whole sign in thing.
O signed up for a checking account a week or more ago and the app popped a message up saying a live representative me would be calling me in 1 to 2 business daya; that never happened.
Worked as advertised. Easy to us with clear front and back picture process.
love the app. keeps me updated on my account and I can deposit checks even when the bank is closed.
Does exactly what I need it to. I use Mint more to bring all my finances together, but this works great for check deposits.
The clean user interface makes it easy to do my banking and the app has all of the functions that I need.

Cant login..not recognizing my pw & un.....plus tells me "successful email sent" Nothing came in. 3x! Now I will HAVE to go, in person....ridiculous
