Will not load...it keeps telling me the network is busy and to retry! So when I retry it says the same! FNB needs to fix this or this app is useless!
App was great before update, now with my s7, can't download the app, just says needs to update and just spins! I was really looking forward to the new online banking app. I used the app everyday, seriously disappointed! Please fix this issue!
First National Bank of Bastrop has done a great job of creating a user friendly, intelligent app that can "get the job done" without glitching & freezing. Great app!
Can't open anymore. Stuck in endless loop of "needs to update" followed by play store screen without end. App was great before this. What's going on?
Since the website update the app has not let you log in. Is this going to be fixed soon ? It's a bit of a hassle having to get on the desktop version on your phone.
Says it needs to be updated but won't update!!! Can't login, can't even get to the login screen!!!!

SINCE THE UPDATE, I CAN NOT LOG IN.
This is terrible
After the update I keep getting a prompt from the app to update my application. When I press the ok button I'm redirected to the app store and given two options: uninstall or open the app which then sends me into this unending loophole of the initial prompt update the app and again and repeating the process over and over again. There was NOTHING wrong with the app beforehand and now it's just useless to me. This WAS my main source for all my internet based banking needs and no longer is because I can't use the app.
before the update, I gave this 5 stars. I was told that the app been fixed. But still not fixed. When I open the app it says it has to be updated. This takes me back to the Google page and my only option is there are open or uninstall. there is no update option. even in my application settings it says it does not need to be updated. this is been going on for about a year now! When is it going to be fixed?
Absolutely love the app. I live in Japan and never have a problem connecting with my bank!
Works like a champ. Not buggy at all. Full featured and direct to the point. Good interface.
Get a ledger. In the year 2018 it is not instant on the app thefore completely useless.

Wish there was way to check monthly statement with mobile app.
Will not let me open the app. Says your application is incompatible with server need to update then it just spins. It will not update. I hit update button and it takes me back to the app that says open and the process repetes. Very frustrating!
