This app can not take photos of checks for check deposits. so i have not been able to make a deposit. Update its now 5/2020 and they still have not released an update for this app and the check deposit problem still continues. Clearly this is a bank that doesn't care about its customers and doesn't care about keeping up with technology and or modern society.
I just downloaded app... First time app user... Thought I'd try to deposit a check since I can't make it to the bank. Won't upload my pics no matter what lighting etc... I guess all the negative feedback is true. This isn't how bank apps should run! Very unhappy with it!
Down load it to android phone, but can't open it. Must be a bug in new software. Once they fix it....hopeful will like it.
It takes so much time to try to get into the app each time that I might as well just go on the website itself and save myself the trouble.
I have to keep uninstalling and and reinstalling. just so it will load 1 time. other rise it just keeps loading. Fix the app!!!
Absolutely horrible. Can only login like 1/100 of the times I try. So many issues. What was wrong with the old app?
Can you PLEASE get a developer that knows what they are doing?! The app is useless. Continuously get incorrect info or unknown error occurred. Ridiculous.
Its taking forever just to dowload this. Not happy with this ap. I couldnt get it to download properly to deposit mobile check. Had to redo download . And its hung on download pending forever.

Works perfectly... my guess on the negative reviews is that people just don't like change. No pun intended haha. The app works just like it's supposed to.
since the update I cannot even open the app. never stops loading.
worked great at first. now wont login and have to go on the website to see my account . also happened to my wife's account.

cannot open app more than first download then have to uninstall and reinstall

Crashes, glitches & lock outs. The app almost never works. Then again, neither does their website! Evenings & weekends it seems like the app doesn't register most transactions so the balance is rarely correct. Also, during the same times, the system is down and I can't even log in to see transactions anyway. This app is super frustrating & very behind the times. Ready for a new bank...
