I am not the best at technology and find myself frustrated at many apps. This was the easiest banking app I've ever used. Taking a picture of my check was easy and quick, just be sure to use a plain background. Thanks for making a very easy app especially for technically challenged people like myself!

I really like the App and use it often. The only issue I have is the Bill Payer function needs to be fixed to fit on a cell phone screen. They are aware of the issue and working with developers to fix it. Other than that it is a great phone App.

It's very hard to capture a check because the light/flash does not come on and when you hold the phone over the check it casts a shadow. That really needs to be changed.

Slow and glitchy. Couldn't do a mobile deposit. Told me the cutoff time was 3:30. Why would you have a cutoff time for mobile deposits?? Isn't the whole point of being able to do it on your phone for the ease of not having to go in during banking hours.

Login functionality needs some tweaks on Android. I uninstalled, reinstalled and cleared the cached and saved data and am still unable to use the Google autofill or have the app remember my login information.

Everything is pretty easy except for mobile deposit. 1 out of 3 times I can't deposit a check.

With a new update and new look, the app looks and feels better. The interface is easy to navigate and offers more options for the account.

It took me 5 attempts to get the app to work correctly when I was trying to make a deposit. FYI - I design educational software for a research university, so I'm very tech-savvy.

App sucks and if you need help the online answer is a phone number to the bank and what if they are closed, no help what do ever from anybody worst app ever don't trust it. Old app was much better this one sucks

All my banking at the touch of my finger. Very easy to navigate and use. Highly recommend.

good when it works ... I experience frequent crashes when trying to open the app on my Galaxy S9 with no explanation as to why.

Crashes all the time. The app used to be find but eveyother time i use it I have uninstall then reinstall just for it to MAYBE work

This app saves me so much time and lets me do all my banking quickly and easily.

App is garbage. I started growing roots from my feet just waiting for it to load. The old app was 10 times faster.

Not much to say, every thing I need from a bank is there in the app. It's easy-to-use and always with me. I do miss the free 🖊.

App never works. Always says no accounts found. The need to always uninstall and reinstall is non-sense.

I don't like the new app. The old one was much quicker! This one take so long to upload everything.

Love the app with the mobile check deposit. Very easy to use.

New app is horrible...harder to deposit checks with picture system..takes forever to log in sometimes can't log in

not as user friendly as other bank apps, even with new functionality (mobile deposit).

This app sucks! I can never get in and I have restart my phone to get out of ot. Worst app ever!

My only issue is with the biometric security. Idk if it's my phone, but my fingerprint is never recognized.

Easy, reliable, and SECURE way to pay Bill's etc.

Updates made this past year greatly improved app on Android and overall.

Did everything I need and eliminates the need to ever go to the bank building.

Slow to open, deposit check hours too limiting if mail arrives after 3:30

Have a hard time entering dollar amts for deposit.
