NOTE:
If you have a Google Pixel 2, during setup and direct connect mode, you will need to turn off your mobile data to connect to the robot successfully. Once the robot is setup and connected to your home network, you can turn mobile data back on.

The app does work. You have to make sure your robot is fully charged that is when the light turns green. If it is not fully charged it will not accept the app. I tried 5 times to get the robot to except the app till I realized it wasn't fully charged. After I charged the robot it accepted the app with no trouble.
Can't do anything. The app just keeps telling me my device needs to connect to internet via wifi, but I already am. Tried with 2.4ghz and 5ghz, mobile data off and on, different routers, and also with an IPhone.
This application is complete garbage. I am a programmer and technical expert. I have spent over an hour trying to set this toy up but have not been able too. I am on a S10 Note and cant get anything to work.
Won't load - even though the app downloads and let's you set up an account, it gets stuck half way through initial use saying it cannot connect to the internet even though other apps / browser are able to do so fine.
useless. the app wont detect my working wifi regardless of anything I do. contacted support, received a "canned" response about conection that disregarded the details i provided. using Galaxy Note 8 Android 8.0.0 Junk
Awful. Crashes constantly. Looses connection with robot constantly and you don't get regular updates. The robot would be great if the Software worked!!
Awful, has never worked, not even a single time. The robot just stands there yelling random numbers and the phone can't connect. Truly terrible.
Zero stars. App doesn't work...robot is fully charged, tried app on 5 different phones and two different routers... sending back to seller, company should discontinue and recall any units still being sold...product looked really fun, I really wish I hadn't told my 4 year old about it before i knew it wouldn't work. Oh well, guess he'll end up with a non robotic Hasbro stormtrooper and I'll never buy a product by this company again. I guess it was worth a shot. But like a stormtrooper, missed!
This app is complete garbage. You have to connect to a different wifi and the robot calls out numbers for the password and I don't hear him and I don't see the wifi.
Got it working finally....it does work. Reboot robot on back, press button in for ten seconds retry the connection to wifi make sure you find the stormtrooper wifi connection then make sure you restart your phone after app install.
App will not connect to my 2.4 Ghz wifi. Unable to complete installation. For the price of this robot, you would think the interface would work.
Robot looks really cool, but app simply does not work. Will not allow you to connect to robot. Called UB tech; representative has no clue what is going on and could not provide any meaningful tech support. The robot is just a really expensive paperweight.
Works great. You must use a device with enough ram. 2gb isn't enough. Make sure you reset your robot/app after initial install to get all the updates. It will work!
app doesn't work won't connect after reading all other comments about this app I'm not the only one with this problem about 90% have the some poblem. you would think they would fix the app as price of the toy its should work
App won't connect just like everyone else says. Was a present from my wife, and is useless without the app working..why didn't it come with a remote incase the app fails?

this is no app last update 1year ago dont work, try on note 9 nexus6p iphone7 no answer from support at 3 email but they ask for name phone date of buy... so 1 star because i cant give less google must remove this app from store
Please update so my Samsung galaxy note tablet will work. The app doesn't appear as an option on a Samsung tablet
Robot without proper workable apps, terrible, should not introduce the robot to market if the apps is not ready, useless. Purposely bought an android tablet 8.0 but cannotdownload😡
This game dosent load stops half way through loading and if It does load it dosent let me do anything wouldn't reccomend
This was a waste of money, the problems with connecting is rediculous, so far all it's done is lift it's arm and wiggle its legs, looks like it's going into the hock shop
Robot is great. App is horrible and needs improvements.
It's kind of okay meaning didn't let me play at first because I don't have an email address that was disappointing .
when you start need an acount and it says nothing obout needing a real life toy so i cant even play it

Freezes when I try to enter my wifi password.
I like the ropot but the blue tuth was not connecting to the internet😭 it was not woking so I had to delete it😢😣☠=(=(!
Complete fail. The software is full of bugs. The firmware update is automatically installed, which then deletes everything you have done to set it up. So you do everything over again, then get forced to do the firmware update, it wipes everything and the cycle repeats. May as well be a paperweight.
