The worst! I've been a customer for 8 yrs. First they changed the website so it's unusable, so I was FORCED to download this junk and it doesn't work either. I feel like they don't want us to pay our bills on time so they can charge fees. I may just take the hit to my credit score and close. Unbearably bad!

Every time I log into this app we have to request a code. Every time it takes hours to receive a code via text or email. Unless it's via a phone call. And if the only way a person can log in is to make a phone call, what is the point of having an app to access your account online. The previous app worked just fine. We never had a glitch. I will never understand why techs feel the need to fix what is NOT broken, only to break it.

Each time I go to open this app, I have to reset password or user ID because you can't get access. Very frustrating 😕. And sometimes I can't resolve the issue myself, I have to call and have them resolve the issue. And still the next time I want to login my information is not excepted

JUNK APP!! When I tried to log onto the web to pay my credit card bill it told me basically this option and site were no longer available. To download the app. I did. Then when I tried to log on, it says my username and password are incorrect. It was not! If you click reset password it says, For new online customer enrollment only.. I'm sorry but I am not going to call in everytime I want to make a payment on my credit card they charge extra for that and I refuse to do so. This is asinine.

Doesn't even let you log in...says authentication invalid.. Same credentials work on the website just fine...insulting receiving an email saying to try it when I've been unable to use it since release. Even worse that support ignores the issue... You've now DISABLED your mobile site in favor of this BROKEN app. Still cannot log in! Update 11/3: Emailed. Was ignored. App STILL BROKEN. Very inconvenient. Sad you clearly don't care to did it! Wish I could do ZERO stars.

It says my password is wrong but its the exact same password I use when I log onto their desktop site. This seems to be an issue with the verification on the application. I'm very disappointed. Spent my entire lunch break dealing with your used toilet paper of an app.

After doing some research this app is only for people that have bank account with FPB not credit card accounts. That's why logins for people with only credit cards can't log in. Turns out as of October 2019 the old app will stop work leaving all the credit card user out to dry. Will most likely can this credit card pretty soon.

This app does not work. I have never had so much trouble trying to sign in to an app used for banking. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. I can only access my banking information through the web. This app is pointless. I have reset my password several times thinking I was inputting the information wrong from the app. Contacted customer service and they gave me some excuse that they recently made a change to the app and try and login at another time. BS. Do not download this application. It's a waste of time

FIX YOUR STUPID APP. I cannot log in even though I am using the exact same log in info as the website version. The fact that I see so many other people struggling with this experience to this day infuriates me. FIX. It. Already. I can't pay my bills on the go under these poor app conditions.

Downloaded the app twice already and every single time i attempt to log in it tells me it cannot authenticate my accounts so just to make sure i was not crazy jumped on the website with the exact same log in info i attempted to use with the app and it works on the website just fine these are simple issues that should have been snuffed out in the beta stages of the app development.....

Awful since January update. Fails to login, drops due to "slow connection". 3 calls to get help over multiple weeks, and STILL no change. Useless if I cannot login....and yes, both of my other banks work fine.

Need to update with technology, I called to speak with a representative the call was disconnected 2 times, I needed 2 previous statements online you can only go back 3 months. I was told it was $3.00 per statement, after the request was put in I was told it'll be 14 days! I asked about emailing unfortunately they don't do that but I can have them faxed, however the fax takes 14 days!!!! This is sooooo unacceptable for a credit card company! Please upgrade your systems to catch up with everyone!

This app is so hard to understand. It has so many different turns and twist's. I can't get into it have the time. It's not good at telling you what you spent your money on, it just goes higher and higher. No reason. Make double payments at times . High interest is killing me. Don't get this card to help build your credit ,it could back fire on you.

I had the old app and it worked fine. You guys changed it and now I can not log in at all. I have called your tech support and the don"t seem to know what is the problem. I'm getting fed up with incompetency. I need legitimate help from someone that can get this resolved.

I download this app but I can't used the same username and password that's online on the app. Infact it will not log in with the same information that the website has and I don't want to change the info that I have for my gold card. So I can't use it. There is no other way to contact the company unless it's just by phone call or through us mail. And I check on the website of my account. And it's not really not a big deal for all that but I just wish I was able to use the app as well.

I honestly love this app, it's intuitive, has so many options and you can do so much with it. It saves me loads of time too and it's never been glitchy or anything. I wish other apps were this good!

Has worked great for me up to this point. Now it will just hang while loading and become completely unresponsive. I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S9+. I Don't know what kind of shitshow your dev team is running over there.

Can't figure this out for the life on me. It shouldn't be complexed or I'm just stupid. 😂 Called myself stupid, sheesh. If they are that complexed, I don't need them. Kept saying wrong password like 4 times. I'll use my home laptop. Brains not that way anymore, loss of to much oxygen and left me with a disability and don't understand it. Sorry, First Premier Bank.

Overall rating on mobile app? ZERO, NADA, ZILCH( but I had to click a star to get the comment to post). What is going on Premier? The app DOES NOT work. I'm not sure what the developer is doing but someone clearly is not manning the helm as numerous customers keep writing about the same problem. Please FIX THE ISSUE because the information we enter online in browser is the same information that is entered on the app as far as password and username go. FIX THE APP please!! Thank you

DONT USE THIS CARD as I begin to pay off my balance I sent them multiple payments and so far none of my payments are reflected in my account three weeks after I made the payments without looking at it I assumed that my payments went through but when I use the card it was declined but they managed to hit me with a overdraft fee🤔 3 weeks after I made multiple payments I don't know if this company is a scam but beware

I love FPB. the credit card app works amazing, the online banking is great... but the banking app not so much. I use to use it all the time, got a new phone that is the same generation Samsung and it won't let me log in. so so dumb.

Everytime I try to open the app it doesnt let me. then after 2 months of not using my card it says I maxed it out and went $60 over my limit. I dont understand what is going on but I am for sure going to go with a different company if this doesnt get fixed
