Bare minimum functionality that doesn't work half of the time
Can't access bank account at times Recently its becoming a big issue for my wife and I. We try to log into the account and it just loads. Can't transfer money, can't check funds, can't look at history. This is a frequently occurring issues that makes me think about switching banks. The issue applies to the we page as well. Whoever is over the technical side of FPFCU needs to get this figured out or it's members are goi g to go elsewhere.

Very user friendly. Only wish I could update password from app instead of full site....but I understand security reasons, so it's not a big deal.

I really like this banking app. The transfer feature between linked accounts is very helpful!

It's ok. I'd like to be able to view holds. I'd also like to be able to transfer from one bank account to another. I do like that you can transfer to and from savings.
Very easy and convenient to use whenever you need to make a banking transaction inquiry.
Pic quality for Mobile deposit has to be almost better then real life. Only drawback I've encountered.
Would be better if there were notifications anytime there was a transaction.

It's a good bank
Simply, but it is all u need.
Seems to work as expected however it would be great if the initial/home screen was able to be stretched (pinch and stretch) on touch screens so you can see the balances more easily.
