The only reason I put 4 Stars instead of 5 stars is I have not used the deposit function from the app for checks yet And I have had problems in the past with other banking apps trying to use that feature. So when I do try that I will update my review.
This app is very easy to use. I've been using it for years. I wish they would raise the limit from $2,500 because I need to go up on one of my rental accounts that is currently $2500.
The mobile app is great, but everytime I try to make a mobile deposit it takes FOREVER. I have to hold my phone still, so I do but then it won't even try to take a pic. So I repeat the whole process for a second time. Still nothing, so we go to round 3, finally it takes the pic. My deposit is in!!!!
Easy to use and friendly help when I need it
only allows to deposit in one account and does not focus very well. you should look any Chase banks app it works very well
I have to re-download this app every few uses or else i get an error saying it isn't working and I need to call for assistance
I love this bank but this app never works when I need it. Almost every time I open it I get error.
It would be nice if the routing number could be provided on the app.
First Savings Bank app makes banking easy enough that an older person such as my self can use it with ease.
Not going to complain, but not able to use Chime or PayPal apps to transfer money from my account??
It's my bank so I use it Pretty easy to navigate and I can deposit a check from my phone

So far it's been working great. now that my phone is updated to Android 12 this app is not working , I can't log in are you going to fix this. I called the bank and they said they had no idea. Still can't open it think I'll have to close my savings and only have a checking account with that bank
