Latest updates have ruined the app. Constant issues logging in now. Makes the app worthless if I need to take 30 min everytime to login.
The app mostly works fine and is easy to navigate. However, what I don't understand is why it sometimes takes days for things to show up. It makes it very difficult to balance your checkbook. Also it never updates anything over the weekend.Anyting you purchase from Friday through about Monday afternoon doesn't show up until Monday afternoon.
Why are all the accounts shifting into different orders every few times I log in? I know this may be a minor detail, but when I was expecting it to be the same it had been for years, it really threw me off looking at the different balances. If you're going to switch it up, it'd be nice to at least have control as the customer. Plus with the order changing every few times, it just makes it annoying.
I am amazed. The update works much better than expected. Now let's have a option to show transfers from/to savings account so no one goes over their transfer limit.
WORST BANK EVER! If you have $100 in your account and you spend $94.17 They will charge a $35 OD fee. Then because that fee OD' the account, they will charge a second OD fee of $35. Finally they then will auto transfer $0.83 to savings to make the $94.17 an even $95 and charge a third OD fee of $35. Your account should be Positive $5 but instead they charge $105 In OD Fees for one purchase and make your account Negative $200. Every single time. If its two transactions then good luck.
This new style is SO MUCH BETTER.. The new things you can do an the look is Awesome.. way to Go FSB

I think it's hard to use why can't people leave things alone. If it's not broke don't fix it!!!!
Once I was able to sign up on my phone after downloading the app everything was super easy for setup and makes it nice for keeping up to date on my accounts.
Worst banking app I have ever used! Worked fine first 2 days than wouldn't let me log back in, tried changing my password no matter what variation I try it's not good enough! It locked out my account and can't get back in something needs to change!
I'd like the old app for sure, this one is horrible and keeps freezing and force closing!! I'm so over even using this app cause of it. I use it a lot!!
This app is great very easy to use and makes watching your account very easy to great bank they are great about letting you know if anything is going on with your account they think might not be you
I find it confusing and I have lost some options that are no longer available on the online app.

I have yet to be able to download app. Going online and looking at the new site is ridiculous. Theres too much non sense.

Online deposits are often challenging. Will have to try and submit the deposit 3-4 times before it is accepted.
App is Not working. It will not let sign in occur. Website is not working either

Every employee at First Savings Bank is so helpful, whether it is in person or on the phone. They are wonderful at English and Marengo Branch, Julie White, Melissa, Rochelle Richardson are exceptional and that is why i rate is a 5
Great for bank management, even for a teenager like myself. Easy to view your accounts, your spending, and transfer money. 10/10
