First Security Bank

The app hasn't been updating/refreshing lately. It shows the balance but when you look at the transactions is doesn't show some items of being taken out. Sometimes I can log out and log back in and it'll be ok but sometimes not. I can go on a desktop and the transactions will show. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked ok for a bit but it's right back to doing the same thing. I keep a very tight budget and like to see and keep accountable my books.

The insides of the app work great. I have a Galaxy s10+ (Android) and the app worked great for a long time. But over the past 4 or 5 months, I have been constantly having to Uninstall/Install the app because the "sign in screen" will not show up no matter what I do. Just need to fix the bugs!

edit: please fix this app. Its been over a month. I think there's something wrong with the app. It loads only to a white screen with no option to do anything. Im going to try to reinstall it and see if that helps. Really disappointed since I've loved the app before. Still no fixes. It's really frustrating.

This app has alot of issues. It could take up to 5 minutes to load up even with the best wifi signal. After loading and getting in you may or may not get to see recent activity on your account. Its not very reliable. Once in a whilr it works like it should but more times than not its a huge let down.

I've loved this app for years, but lately it has been extremely unreliable in that it will only load occasionally. If I keep having to open it and wait minutes on end for it to load, I would rather bookmark the website on my mobile and use that. For convenience, it is great IF it works. Right now, it's not worth it.

Love this bank!! Every time I speak with someone they are always friendly and helpful no matter which bank branch I go to. The app works great. And i like the spending tracker and budget help. Usually you have to pay for those services.

major changes to the app has caused problems. At the end of last year, the app kept crashing every time I tried to log in. I quit using the app for about 4 months. checked on it today. even though they says things have changed, they have not.

I love this bank, but the app is getting worse and worse. I have had to uninstal and reinstall to even get the log in screen every time I want to log in. Now, that doesn't even work. The app is no longer working. I have emailed the developer but have not received a response.

I love my bank, but this app is so horrible. It locks me out, shows "can't login" messages, and just closes the app ALL the time. I've been having to call the bank just to see if my check has came through, because the app hasn't let me sign in for 2 days straight. My other family members haven't been able to sign in as well. Honestly thinking about switching to a different bank. It's crappy not being able to sign in on the website or this app.

Having more and more issues with the app not loading. Typically when this happens it resolves itself after a few login attempts but lately it has been an ongoing issue. Balance information is not showing correct transactions pending. Please run an update to correct lagging issues.

Excellent banking app...easy, straightforward interface that allows you to do just about anything a person would need or want to do on a banking app. Personally the best all around experience I've ever had with any local bank.

Rarely if ever properly works. Have had a white screen issue for weeks now. Support is zero help. Reinstalling helps for 1 use and then back to white screen. Limited features, poor feature integration. This app is frustrating me enough to switch banks.

Visually, it's ok. Otherwise... it needs alot of work. It seems not to sync right which may be due to the fact it hasn't been updated in way too long. Disappointing, but better than nothing.

This app has been broken for months now. I have to uninstall it and reinstall it about every other time I use it. I'm having the same issue all the other reviewers are having. I get blank white screen when I launch it. It's beyond time to fix this thing.

Easy to use, quick, extremely convenient. And secure. Bank staff is always prompt to help, very courteous and efficient. ALWAYS! Thank you, First Security.

Original app was wonderful, new one is prettier but has significant bugs. Also @developer, feel free to put more than "Version Update" for your change logs. They don't charge by the character here :) Edit Nov1: fingerprint auth works really well. Thanks devs!

It's not an awful app. It has its issues though. It crashes often, opens on its own and isn't reliable to use as a ledger due to delayed transaction updates.

I've had many login errors. Bill pay is basically useless. Have to sign in on desktop for editing bills. Terrible app, but a hassle to change banks so I'm stuck with it.

It crashed. It was working fine yesterday and when I went on today it told me I needed to update in order to work on the servers. There's not an update available so I'm stuck in limbo being unable to get into my account.

I uninstalled this app a year ago because it was so frustratingly difficult to use and drained my battery even when it wasn't in use. I reinstalled it again today to try it out again. Still unusable. I've actually considered changing banks because of the terrible app and mobile website.

The new version is buggy. You have to close it out or even uninstall in some cases. It would be beneficial if there was a way to report errors when it recognizes an issue.

A quite nice banking app that has gotten significantly better after a recent update allowing for fingerprint logins, and has fixed one or two notable bugs, at least from my experience.

Keep getting a notification that the app is crashed and will be closed. And I'm not even using the app at the time of the notification. Annoying.

This is a very good app. The only issue was when i got a new phone..my bank would NOT let me open a new app! I miss being able to ck my accounts & savings daily! So i had no choice but to uninstall.

Since the new update I can't get on the app. I click on it and it just kicks me out. Update after 2 attempts to uninstall and download again i still can't get on to the app.

This app is wonderful. You can manage your checking account almost anywhere from your smartphone, make an account deposit without driving to the bank, really convenient and a time saver.

App has very few features& it doesn't allow for fingerprint recognition. It's basically just a digital check register. That's it

It always brings me back to a blank screen when I open my app after having it for a month or so. Then I have to uninstall and reinstall. Very aggravating.
