Decent app. Does what it is supposed to do, flawlessly. Biometric integration was overdue imo but very welcome nonetheless. We still need mobile check deposits and this would be a perfect banking app.
I've had an account at first service for 10 + years, I've used mobile banking through the website for many years. But when I try to use the app it says that I'm not entitled for this service!? what the heck does that mean?
Wish i could get notification directly to my phone when there is a purchase or transaction made off my card...... Really simple to use and work but could use some extras besides just being able to look at your balance....
Enjoy the Bank. The app has always been broken. Intentionally impossible to know security questions and Constant reverification make it difficult to even log into the app.
Easy to access and easy to use. I have frequent days of brain fog and the app makes it easier to access my account than the website.
Disappointed that an update occurred and no notification from the bank. I had to go into the bank to inquire why my mobile app suddenly was nonfunctional. Where's the service in First Service Bank?
Finally got it to work. Wish it had the ability of most mobile banking apps to take a picture of a check to deposit it. It'll do, I guess.
Its been not starting properly and i have to use my password instead of my fingerprint to transfer money it gets annoying at times needs lots of work
installed the app but couldn't go any further hard for computer illiterate to understand and set up.
Any modern banking app should support mobile deposit. This one does not.

Decent little bank that is growing. Some of the holds placed on transactions are ridiculously long. I paid cash for a hotel on 6/12/21 and the hold is scheduled to be released on 6/21/21.
It has all the basics. Security is good.
Dont like having to change password often.

Can not log on with correct user name and password. Useless.
Worked fine til newest update. Now it will not recognize my user name or password. Keeps locking me out and I have to call to unlock account.

Has stopped working. Constantly loading. New S7 Edge. Frustrating. Deleted and reinstalled. Nothing works.
This app is good when it work
After entering the user name and password I know to be correct, I answered security question after security question (some of them kind of creepy) only to be told my user name or password is incorrect. Edit: apparently you must email the bank from the website to enroll in online and mobile banking and the app will not work until then. I did that and it works perfectly now.
I downloaded this app and it looks like the older version of it. I signed up for online banking and after stupid questions to sign in that I answer correctly it say invaild username/password, but when I go to the website I can log in with no problem. What is up with that? Im deleting this app. Its a waste of space at this moment. I also did write them a email stating my situation hopefully they can do something because its a pain going to the website
App opens up in old style app. Downloaded the new app but it opens to the old green style. Won't let me log on. Asks asks asks questions over and over and over! I am deleting the app and seriously considering quiting this online banking!! :(
Love the new layout of the last update. It seems much easier to navigate!

Absolutely hate this mobile banking app. Can't log in. Can't do anything online on website. Why can't I be verified? Ridiculous that I now have to go back in the bank to reset this whole thing. I don't have time to verify everytime I update my phone and the app. My available deposit dates given for checks deposited is never correct. What use is a bank that is in no way able to be verified to connect to any of my other accounts. I went to this bank because I love the virtual teller.
