First Southern National Bank

It's okay. I also bank through another company and I like their app better than the First Southern one. I've had plenty of experiences in which the bank itself just takes a while for pending charges to show up on the record and if you don't use a balance book, it can leave the person a little bit confused about their financial situation. So, I give it 4 stars because the bank could be faster, but this issue could also be resolved if I were a little more proactive with my records as well.

I have never had an issue with the app. I have been using it for about 5 years. I love the security when logging in. I like how it gives a line graph of my account. Ease of use is important. I'm able to see deposits and each purchase as they occur.

Always reliable when I need it. User-friendly to navigate. Always a greater convenience rather than making a call or trip to the bank and waiting on end of the month statements.

Love the app for my android. From the ease of navigation to the security features, when I'm on the run and need to access my FSNB account, I know without a doubt it'll be available with just a click/swipe!

Once in the app it works great. But the app takes so long to load if it loads at all. I have installed every update. Uninstalled and reinstalled. No change.

Have used this app for several years with no problems. My account info is easily accessible and I have access to all the same features as the website. Great app!

Great app. Gives u the right information with no delay like other banks that I have used. If I could give it a ten star rating I would. I love the many features and the many different ways to track my spending. In all the best. Banking app that I have used so far..

Very disappointed with this app. I've never had so much trouble with my other checking account apps. This app makes it almost impossible for me to control. I was just in my account 5hrs ago. I go to look at it again, and it tells me my password has expired. I keep trying to update the password, and all it can tell me is I have an invalid current password. Seriously? Thanks for the heads up email letting me know it was about to expire. Now I cant get in my account! Once again!

I have had no issues with online banking through the app. It's very user friendly and easy to make changes. I like how I can access all my accounts and see it all in one place.

I love this app because it is easier for me to keep track of my spending . I can deposit checks . Transfer money from one account to another easily . Since I live in Hustonville and the closest branch to me is in Stanford this app is more convenient for me .

I have to say my experience with this mobile app has been one of the greatest that I've ever had I mean mobile check deposits are very easy and not only that but this mobile app give you a wide variety of multiple options that you can make choices from

Doesn't work on all platforms correctly. Works great sometimes, others, not so good. Website is always stable and working correctly. Why not app?

The app is very easy to use to check for deposits or just to see what you have in your account. If you need to transfer money from one account to another that is easy also.

Easy peasy!! Love that all my accounts can be linked and it's easy to manage and to navigate.

I love being able to see what is going on at any time. Makes budgeting and keeping track of it all so much easier.

The app never loads. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Closing all my other apps. Rebooting my phone. Nothing ever works. What's worse is I cant even access it using a browser either. Seems like I'm not the only one based on these reviews either unfortunately...

Frustrating!! I have only had this app a few days and it is more of a pain to deal with than anything. It won't load, I rebooted my phone, that didn't work so I uninstalled and reinstalled, used a time or two then it was right back to not loading.

Great app. Pretty easy to navigate. Haven't had any issues with it yet. Would recommend.

Can be hard to navigate and closed accounts appear at the top when I wish I was able to just archive it. The bank is an awesome bank in general but the app can use some small fixes

NOTHING worked on the app. I couldn't sign. When I tried to give my info it comes back telling me its wrong. I think I know my own address and name etc! Grrrr!

At first the app crashed when I tried to deposit a check, but that problem was finally fixed.
