Cant sign in yet with the same login info can access via the web page. I called for some assistance at my local FSB and was told that I just typed my information in wrong and to just wait 24 hours. I then changed my password, waited, tried again to no avail. App is broken from what I'm reading in the other reviews.
Was extremely happy at first until, for some reason, lost access to my online app. Out of town with emergency & can't reset with codes given. Waited 24hrs. Got into page to reset password but mistyped a word & locked out again!! Code no longer works....
The app is great 👍. The employees that have answered and fixed any issues.. They were kind and listed to me and my banking needs... Thank You
Tried log in info i was given today by the person that set up my checking account. It was invalid. I have teied several times

The app is normally really good but I haven't been able to access it for almost a month now.
Will not load says I need intenet service and I do!!!!!
The only problem with it is you have to uninstall the app and reinstall it to see the new accounts that you add

App is a joke. Continuously says that the network is unavailable. Will not load... And yes, I do have a connection.
Do not put your money in this incompetent Bank. I was a business customer of Inez Deposit Bank which was acquired by First State. Attempted access via app and website 10X+ times. No resolution. Avg $7,000-$20k /mo through account. Got ATM card and zero access to account. They mishandled check and fees caused an overdraft. With no access I could not fix. No Solutions offered but they want paid. I cannot process checks to business. If I had the time, I would sue them. Terrible experience.
