Failed update...I had to do an update and now I can't get on the app and it freezes my phone. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it. And I shut my phone off cleared all other apps. It was fine before now I can't even check my balance

Tried to get it on my account today it said it needed an update I'll let it update now it won't let me on the app because it said it's experienced a security break breach and won't let me get on. What the heck? I let it update it completely screws up everything it wasn't a real good app to start with it's really useless now

Never works long before it crashes and does nothing but show a white screen.

APP ALWAYS DOWN!! I've been with this bank for years and have constantly had issues with the app. It gets to the point where you have to Uninstall then re-download it. I'm tired of having to go to the online browser just to check my account. Something seriously needs to be done! Seriously just tempted to just switch banks with all of the issues we have had.

Good but would like to make easier transfers betweenl internal and external accounts

Used this app for years, loved it, lil over a month ago i try to get on app and all i get is a white screen. I called the Athens bank and person i talked to said they were aware of the problem that it is happening with certain type cell phones and were working on it. Thats been weeks ago. Will i ever be able to use this app again. I am definitely not buying a new phone just for this one app that appears not to be my phone friendly anymore. I need my mobile app to deposit checks and so forth.

the only problem I have with this app is that when it's down for maintenance or something else it doesn't say that its temporarily unavailable it says that there's a problem with your password and ID! other than that its A-OK! Wouldn't it be easier to post a screen that explains the site is down for maintenance , updates it due to technical difficulty! The bank personnel are always pleasant and helpful but the situation is aggravating!

Terrible, doesn't work, tried to use card at home Depot and it declined . Have had issues from day 1. The mobile app pops up error ...every time and then opens ?? Unistall in case there is a glitch. Well ... There is still a glitch. Frustrating to say the least. What a time consuming issue that keeps repeating ?????

This app needs some serious work, gave 1 star because there's not a option for no stars. I have to Uninstall and re install at least 2 times a day to even be able to log in. There have been multiple occasions where it has told us 1 amount and then the next day either be over or under the actuall balance of our bank account. It shows the same transactions multiple times in a day. It is seriously inaccurate and have almost closed our account because of the inaccuracies of this app.

I have a new phone can not get the app to open. We have tried every thing we know to open app. I have a android phone. The bank tried a hour and a half. They couldn't open it either. Verizon said to send this to you it was a error in program. Please fix it. I been trying for months to get in banking app. Please help fix this problem. Beatrice Smith

All of a sudden I can't open the first state bank app. I've uninstalled and re installed. But it will not open. I can use the app on all other devices my computer, other people's phones, etc. I've even got a new phone. What is the deal?

App crashes... I've cleared the cache and data but I still have to delete and reinstall before it will work. This has happen 4 times in the last 2 weeks.

As soon as I did an update not allowing me to use app fix the app

Works very well. Safe & secure!! When I have had app issues I contacted bank and problems was fixed fast.

My carrier has reviewed this app and my phone no problem on their end. App still does not open, have used it from the beginning,now it's stopping..Why?

Suddenly stopped opening. It worked yesterday but will not open today. It still works on my old phone, but not my primary.

I love First State Bank Athens and their app!

I dont like that it wont ssend me text message alerts and that it only shows what came out not the rolling amount as it comes out, but otherwise it's great.

Amateur app! Basic functions are okay but lacks ability to view & print statements. Will not work on Tablets...

This was the first time I was able to make the app work, and WOW!!! I'm glad to learn that the online banking is easier than I anticipated. Thanks FSB

Super easy to make small deposits. Only con is the limit should be raised to make larger deposits using the mobile banking app.

I love First State Bank and doing Mobile deposit is so much easier then having to go to the bank especially when you work late. Thank you for having this option

This app is very easy to use.
