Very handy. I miss the in-person experience and still keep a general practitioner. However work related issues are a breeze to handle with first stop.
Had a rash under my arm. It wasnt going away with common store brands and to see a doctor in my area is a full month out. I went through first stop and they set me up with a perscription in less than an hour. Plus the gal i spoke to was super nice, confirming everything i had said so i knew she was actually paying attention.
It is not easy to use. The staff say they will send me a text so I can download a pocture. I dont see it.
Company switched to this from teladoc, app does not load.. Update: I unistalled and reinstalled- still doesnt load. ---However--- if you go to the playstore find the app page and open from there it will work. The Doc from Richmond was very informative and helpful, quick to call me.(changed to 3 stars). Will change to 5 when I can just load it up by touching the app.
Great product, great app. Got a phone consultation within minutes of making the appointment. Easy to use, super intuitive. One of the few apps I actually use. Love the updates and increase in functionality.

Very buggy. Can't log in. Each attempt is meet with nonsensical error messages or the system completely kicks you out. Would love the ability to access this server but this needs some serious work first.
Had trouble with setting up the account, it wouldn't let me pass first initial, last name, and dob,one I hit submit it freezes up, I have tried multiple times and still the same thing.
A little too buggy for a critical medical app. For example we waited an hour tonight for a doctor to join our telehealth session. The doctor was unable to connect to the app ours kept disconnecting. Eventually the doctor just called us. Good idea the app needs work.
I tried as instructed to load on Android. I have an account with this Service through my employer but your Download stops at 50% and won't finish. Very frustrating. NEVERMIND. Somehow after writing review I tried again and it worked! Thank you
Normally great, but the system seems to be down today. No one answers the phone and the app doesn't complete your request, just spins infinitely.
The app is absolutely worthless if you can't schedule an appointment. All I get is an error that says "Something went wrong while creating the visit. Please try again later.
I downloaded it and upon verifying that my employer offers this I had to enter my DOB. It wouldn't let me change the default DOB which was manually set at 1/28/2000. I tried numerous times.
Keeps telling me to check and make sure my email is correct. It is correct and my password is correct. It will not let me log in.
Opens app: " You will have to update your app to the latest version to continue using it without any issues" Checks for updates: "No updates available"
I cant get passed putting in the last 4 soc sec digits so it can find my account. I'll rate later if I actually get to use the app.

The app asks you to setup, but then stops and won't let you proceed past your DOB. Just locked up.
After logging in and selecting my symptoms, a doctor called back in less than 10 minutes. He asked all the right questions and provided me a prescription. This saved a doctor visit and wait time. love it!!!
I have used First Stop 2x, in both instances the response was very quick & professional. I called on a weekend when my grandchild was staying with us and had the crud, we spoke with the initial person who took our information, a few minutes afterwards we received a call from a doctor who made a diagnosis and recommendations, a prescription was called in at our local pharmacy. The second time we used the service was much like the first, I recommend the service.

Trying to start a new acct and it wont load
The app does not let me choose or input payment options therefore rendering the process moot and forcing me to abort using the app.
It does not give me the option to update the app, do i have to reinstall?
So, it used to work fine, and it works fine on my fiances phone. But any time I try to use the app, it will refresh what I'm doing every 2 seconds and takes me to the "please wait" screen I cannot even book an appointment. I have deleted and reinstalled, updated, almost anything you can think of. It has been like this for just a little less than a year.
