First U.S. Mobile Banking

For a local credit union and an app with less than 10,000 downloads, it is great how much effort was put into an app that while is not state of the art like a national bank, definitely punches above it's weight. Most of the commonly used features are here in the app, but withdrawal and deposit alerts can only be set up on a computer, and the alert function doesn't make use of app notifications.

Excellent, previously used the app but had issues with it, however apparently they have worked out the bugs. Haven't had any problems so far and I can check my balance with the quick balance, which I had problems with before. Also able to login to my account without any problems almost anywhere which was an issue before.

Perfect to check balances, transfer money and pay bills. Also you can manage your debit cards which is great if you are going to travel or loose it. I lost mine for a day so I turned it off until I found it. Better than canceling and getting a new card if you thinknits just misplaced.

Should Have easier access to carloans & a better way if you want to pay extra on the principle imo you're app needs a more up-to-date look an usage

The mobile app does everything I like except for I can't order checks. I don't really need checks nowadays every once in a while I might need some. I've been with this bank for credit union for over 20 years. They are everything you want in a credit union

Ive been a customer for nearly 2 decades! Why? Customer service, care, & professionalism are first rate! I love the convenience of calling or using app. They were one of the firsts to offer banking account protection. I will never go back to big banks! I have been saving money since day one! First US Rocks!

my Samsung galaxy s9+ just had a system update and the app no longer works. it says "System unavailable, please reboot your device and try again" after 3 reboots. I am a self employed freelance worker I need to be able to access my finances on the go. please fix this Asap.

The app works ok until it forgets my finger print and my ID every week or so, that part is a COMPLETE pain. Then they send me codes and make me redo the whole agreement stuff like I never did it before. Very very annoying. Never had that problem with wellsfargo app

Works as it should not really any complaints. Although just recently I updated my phone to a newer version of PIE and now whenever I open the app it crashes. So now it's not quite as mobile anymore.

I love how easy to use this app is! Everything is easy to navigate and I live that I can access all of my accounts on one screen. Love the sign-in options, too!

Nice and simple app. Easy to navigate. The customer service at my local First US Community Credit Union is like family. Extremely helpful and always very friendly. Sure beats other apps and financial institutions i have used.

I was lock out of my account because the username I have been using for over a year was all of the sudden was to short.I couldn't get in to transfer money in to my checking so I was charged 145 dollars in overdraft for 100 dollars in payments ,needless to say I am not happy was the app or First U.S .

Very simple and convenient to use!

Old style app and bank. When you make changes on the app, a person calls and then sends paperwork in the mail. This bank is run like a state of the art bank from 1992.

Works good, but app bill-pay feature juat shows single date, instead of both process and "deliver by" date.

Exceptional! First class service, all of the tellers are very friendly and knowledgeable. They all are my favorites:-)

So much easier to deposit checks than going into the bank. And I love the fingerprint option instead of a password.

Not too happy that there are no longer any banks I'm the Chico area nor sister banks where I can make a cash deposit. Nor does the app provide my current FICO score. As other bank apps do

This app, while simple, is very effective and assists me in completing most banking tasks. Thank you!

App is actually great, but Samsung just released a new UI and the app no longer works. Please fix

The site is good but having to redo my biometrics is ridiculous! My fingerprint is not going to change. ????!!!!????

Great bank, service great, app easy to use and is responsive with accurate information.

My main complaint is that it doesn't allow my password manager to remember the password which makes itinconvenient.

Awful online banking. Try depositing - ridiculous even when every detail is correct.

I am not familiar with the app, as I continue to use this I hope to give a better rating. I rather go into the bank.
