For a local credit union and an app with less than 10,000 downloads, it is great how much effort was put into an app that while is not state of the art like a national bank, definitely punches above it's weight. Most of the commonly used features are here in the app, but withdrawal and deposit alerts can only be set up on a computer, and the alert function doesn't make use of app notifications.

Excellent, previously used the app but had issues with it, however apparently they have worked out the bugs. Haven't had any problems so far and I can check my balance with the quick balance, which I had problems with before. Also able to login to my account without any problems almost anywhere which was an issue before.

Perfect to check balances, transfer money and pay bills. Also you can manage your debit cards which is great if you are going to travel or loose it. I lost mine for a day so I turned it off until I found it. Better than canceling and getting a new card if you thinknits just misplaced.

The mobile app does everything I like except for I can't order checks. I don't really need checks nowadays every once in a while I might need some. I've been with this bank for credit union for over 20 years. They are everything you want in a credit union

Ive been a customer for nearly 2 decades! Why? Customer service, care, & professionalism are first rate! I love the convenience of calling or using app. They were one of the firsts to offer banking account protection. I will never go back to big banks! I have been saving money since day one! my Samsung galaxy s9+ just had a system update and the app no longer works. it says "System unavailable, please reboot your device and try again" after 3 reboots. I am a self employed freelance worker I need to be able to access my finances on the go. please fix this Asap.

The app works ok until it forgets my finger print and my ID every week or so, that part is a COMPLETE pain. Then they send me codes and make me redo the whole agreement stuff like I never did it before. Very very annoying. Never had that problem with wellsfargo app

Nice and simple app. Easy to navigate. The customer service at my local First US Community Credit Union is like family. Extremely helpful and always very friendly. Sure beats other apps and financial institutions i have used.

I was lock out of my account because the username I have been using for over a year was all of the sudden was to short.I couldn't get in to transfer money in to my checking so I was charged 145 dollars in overdraft for 100 dollars in payments ,needless to say I am not happy was the app or First U.S .

Old style app and bank. When you make changes on the app, a person calls and then sends paperwork in the mail. This bank is run like a state of the art bank from 1992.
