Opens to a pretty title page.. and doesn't move on. Can't tell if it's the right app? It's just a picture!
I enjoy the First United Bank app! Have really enjoyed banking with them! Minimal issues and friendly staff!
App used to work great but here lately I have to uninstall and reinstall just to get it to work.
Love this app! I have used this app since it was first released and in my opinion they have thought of everything. There is not one thing that I have needed to do at the bank that I have not been able to accomplish on this app.

This app never works! Every week it tells me invalid username or password, when it's not because I have started writing it down! So I know it's not wrong. I just now change my password and some thing is still invalid!
It's good but basic. I would really enjoy a fingerprint authentication method to log in. It would make getting in and out of the app quicker which is it's only downside.
I use it on my Android phone. I love it. I don't have problems with it at all. And I am staying using this app. No update.
Loads very slowly. Sometimes shows I have more money than I actually do or less money than I actually have.

Crashes all the time.
I shouldn't have to change my password everytime the app updates or I get logged out since it will say I have the wrong password when I dont! Poor app design.
Won't open all the time saying error occurred when verifying security for the message. But then doesn't say what to do to fix issue or anything
